Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of assembly sequence planning for complex product,a subassembly-based approach for assembly sequence planning is proposed.The assembly model based on directed constraint graph is set up and the system framework based on subassembly for assembly sequence planning is presented,thus,the problem of assembly sequence planning is translated into the problem of subassembly sequence planning.Moreover,the definitions for subassembly are provided and the identification method of subassembly is designed according to stability and intrusiveness.Finally,the flowchart is proposed and the algorithm is proved efficient through an example of electric locomotive bearings box.
