Abstract:In view of the current laboratory of online experimental teaching requirements,the current combination of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities and modern direction of the rapid development of network technology provide an online experimental teaching and communication platform for the majority of students and teachers,and the students submit online operations,show information,and teachers correct online experimental report and other functions to meet the experimental teaching reform and innovation needs.The network will be conve-nient,real-time,the accuracy to be applied to traditional teaching.Therefore,the construction of the network technology based on the experimental teaching management systems can be not only the good solution to the problem of experimental teaching professional but also the developing direction in line with modern science and technology,which will effectively promote the teaching of content and teaching methods of the profound changes.

Abstract:Nowadays e-learning is playing an important role in remote education, group training and tertiary education. In this paper, we first address the importance and functionality of e-learning in modern education; we then present an e-learning tool—network teaching platform ETP, which is implemented by techniques of J2EE, analyze the system functionality, and give the details of system design. Our practice shows that the platform is functionally stable for practical usage.

Abstract:A networked structural laboratories system for seismic simulation of structures is presented. It consists of an independent network based communication platform (NCP) and various applications based on NCP. The NCP was developed based on client/server concept along with a proposed data model and communication protocols. It is capable of transferring control and feedback data among computers connected by Internet that is a hierarchical network with ubiquitous deployment of middleboxes, such as firewalls and network address translators. Communication speed tests were conducted in various network environments. Applications for hybrid dynamic test of bridge and building structures have been developed and remote hybrid tests of structures were carried out among the Hunan University, the Harbin Institute of Technology, and the Tsinghua University.

Abstract:Abstract This paper focuses on constructing a regional digital educational resource sharing platform. It applies optimized ant colony clustering technology to support the platform’s personalized service to achieve accurate distribution of educational resources. The research subjects were undergraduate and graduate students majoring in mathematics in teacher training, and by comparing their teaching abilities before and after using and not using the platform, it was found that the average scores of students using the platform were significantly higher than those of students who did not use the platform on each evaluation factor. Undergraduate students’ information literacy competence improved with the academic year, with first-year students’ scores between 20 and 50, while senior students’ scores between 70 and 100. At the graduate level, the difference between first-year graduate students and junior undergraduates was significant, but the difference with senior undergraduates was slight (p-values of 0.042 and 0.053, respectively). The digital education resource sharing platform effectively improved the teaching ability of teacher students. However, most of the students lacked experience in informatization practice activities.
