Abstract:The main purpose of the implementation of the three-education reform concept is to improve the teaching quality and talent training level of higher vocational colleges. Through the reform, one can promote the optimization of teaching methods, provide more space for student’s self-development, and improve the quality of talent training. Building materials in higher vocational colleges are a high requirement for practical ability, which emphasizes the cultivation of students’ practical ability. Under the three-education reform concept, the traditional teaching mode should be replaced to provide more practical opportunities for students, in return give more attention to the development of students’ practical ability. This paper mainly explores the current situation and training strategies in building material professionals in higher vocational colleges under the reform of the three education systems for a reference.

Abstract:With the continued education reform, the significance of higher education institutions in the cultivation of professional talents has gradually become apparent. Among them, the teaching of students’ professional English abilities in higher vocational colleges has received extensive attention from all walks of life. Traditional higher professional English teaching only takes English as the basic subject of public courses. In the teaching process, it focuses on the students’ test-taking ability, ignoring the improvement of students’ practical ability of professional English, which hinders the future development of students. In this case, this paper analyzes and studies the existing problems in the teaching of professional English ability of colleges and universities, and proposes feasible professional English teaching programs, in order to improve the English teaching ability of colleges and universities and promote the comprehensive development of students.

Abstract:Campus education and social training are the two most important functions of vocational colleges. Attaching importance to campus education while neglecting social training is a long-standing problem in vocational colleges. Vigorously developing higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education in China and the ardent expectation of the public. Only through the construction a scientific and efficient education and training system and the deep integration of campus education with social training can the design of complementary resources and the improvement of talent training quality take place. The vocational education and training system contains many elements. This study takes teaching resources, teaching staff, and management mechanism as the main research subject and carries out related research work. Firstly, this paper expounds the policy documents of the Chinese government and emphasizes the importance of vocational education. Secondly, the relevant research results of scholars are reviewed. Thirdly, this paper proposes several specific suggestions for the construction of key elements of the vocational education and training system. Then, the main conclusions and prospects are summarized.

Abstract:In today's world, the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce, and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents. The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role. The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education. However, the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand, and problems such as "shortage of skilled personnel" and "unemployment structural imbalance" have appeared in related fields. The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism, lacks in quality of supply, and does not have a high effect. It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures. In view of this, according to the changes in market demand, we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools, strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice, promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry, and train people in practice. Cultivating people, creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents, and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents, making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

Abstract:The curriculum ideology and politics of practice courses in the undergraduate specialty of food quality and safety were explored by taking the Vocational Basic Skills Training course as an example. The teaching content, teaching methods, assessment system and also other aspects of this course were reformed. Our practice and exploration have obtained some good results. The preliminary practical teaching was integrated and developed with ideological and political elements. To improve the training quality of innovative and applied talents of undergraduate specialty of food quality and safety in our university, we need to carry out long-term and continuous exploration and practice.

Abstract:: In the process of talent training, vocational colleges must take in account the co-cultivation of professional ability and basic ability, and the information technology ability is one of the important factors of vocational basic ability. However, under the background of the rapid development of vocational college education concept and information technology, information technology ability training has hardly changed: the basic ability training mode in many schools is still based on office automation and word processing, lacking popularization and application of the new generation of information technology knowledge. Through empirical teaching research, this article puts forward a new mode of training of information technology ability, which is “data processing” centered instead of “technology application” centered. The article proposes concrete solutions for reform in the training process of "teacher, textbook and teaching method", providing references for education reform of new generation of information technology in vocational schools .

Abstract:In order to implement the implementation plan of China's higher vocational education reform and strengthen the skill cultivation of vocational students, this article adopts the teaching philosophy of "student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement" to reform and practice the curriculum organization, curriculum content, teaching methods, and curriculum evaluation. The teaching objectives support the specification of talent cultivation, the teaching content aligns with the job requirements of enterprise positions, the teaching methods reflect student-centered, the assessment and evaluation focus on the combination of process evaluation, professional literacy and ideological and political evaluation, and the achievement of course objectives. It not only focuses on students' understanding of theoretical knowledge, but also emphasizes the training of practical skills, and emphasizes the cultivation of students' quality. Practice has proven that this method effectively enhances students' awareness of autonomous learning and significantly improves teaching effectiveness.
