Abstract:The teaching modes of bodybuilding course is physical and mental interactively because of its unique body presentation and physical and mental experience effects,which is different from not only disciplines teach-ing modeled on traditional text knowledge,but also other sports items majoring in technology transfermation and skills drilling. Abstract:Based on the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis,this paper studies the notion of traditional physical education mode and analyzes its deficiencies and development.In addition,it also states that the new teaching mode should attach importance to not only the imparting of knowledge,but also to the cultivating of non-intelligential factors.Teachers’ evaluation should be combined with students’ evaluation and diagnostic evaluation should be combined with formative evaluation and conclusive evaluation.We should stress both students’ subjectivity and teachers’ guiding function.Teachers should renew their knowledge constantly and try to attract students with their notable spiritual appearance and their characteristics.They should make use of science and technology properly,take in others’ advantages to make up for their own deficiencies,learn from each other and integrate with each other.

The paper analyzes the development tendency of the reform of teaching pattern in the institution of higher learning under the credit system according to the experience in education field and the characteristic of teaching administration under the credit system.It also constructs physical education teaching pattern in the institution of higher learning under the credit system.It is hoped that the study will contribute to a great transition of the current teaching pattern,serve the requirement of the generalization of higher education and fit in with the need of the reform of physical education teaching pattern.

Abstract:Nowadays the educational system needs to update itself to meet with the ever-changing society and Physical Education is with no exception.In regard to that,the article studies and analyses the present teaching practicing system of PE majors in college schools and mainly suggests that colleges should attach importance to the students' social practice and teachers' quality and at meantime colleges also should take some measures to improve working efficiency,make full use of teaching periods and combine teaching content and its form in a more reasonable way to build a proper and feasible teaching practicing system of PE majors.

Abstract:For Ukrainian pedagogy, it is important to analyze the experience of ways to implement the task in US physical education practice, in which sport is one of the integrative means of forming students' universal, social and personal values, and not only a means of increasing motor activity. The purpose - a comprehensive analysis of models of physical education popular in US schools (late XX - early XXI century.)During 1991-2020, the system of physical education and sports in the United States was transformed in the direction of expanding the opportunities for the formation of important universal values in students. There are many well-developed educational models in the country, which are aimed at increasing both physical and technical fitness, students' awareness of the importance of physical activity for health, and the formation of other values (teamwork, leadership, honesty, self-control, etc.). Widespread in the specified period were such models of education as:Teaching Physical and Social Responsibility Through Physical Activity – TPSR, Teaching Games for the Understanding, Sports, Play, and Active Recreation for Kids – SPARK. The main goal of the Teaching Physical and Social Responsibility Through Physical Activity - TPSR model is to help adolescents control themselves using the active environment that arises during sports, be responsible for their actions and support others.The main conceptual provisions of the Teaching Games for the Understanding model are learning games through the game; formation of informed performers; the importance of each participant in the game; taking into account the level of skill development and challenges facing participants.The goal of the Sports, Play and Active Recreation for Kids model is to improve the health of children and adolescents by engaging them in physical activity and using special nutrition programs. The program enables teachers to constantly improve, systematically supports them with information, and provides the necessary equipment.

Abstract:In the context of globalization, it is valuable to examine the concepts and curriculum settings of physical education in China and the United States. These two countries, recognized as important sports powers in the field of education, offer insight into similarities and differences that can inform future research. By comparing their approaches, this study aims to provide valuable insights and suggestions. Through literature review and field research, this study found that there are certain differences in core values, teaching methods and evaluation systems, social impact and significance of physical education between China and the United States. Furthermore, there are variations in curriculum objectives, content, organization, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of physical education between China and the United States. This study concludes by offering relevant insights and suggestions for both countries, as well as acknowledging the limitations of the research and suggesting potential directions for future studies.

Abstract:By the end of 2021, the proportion of people participating in normalized physical exercise in China has reached up to 37.2%, contributing to the transformation of competitive sports into national sports. This has significantly affected the teaching quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools. In the critical period of the “14th Five-Year Plan” construction, it is necessary to deepen the physical education work in primary and secondary schools concertedly with high-quality development goals. Taking this as the starting point, the paper outlines the basic content and main influence of national sports as well as analyzes the new demands of physical education in primary and secondary schools under the background of national sports. On this basis, several targeted teaching strategies are put forward from three aspects: teaching concept, information technology, and teaching goals.

Abstract:The new goal and approach to physical education teaching in vocational colleges is to promote the development of students’ moral, intellectual, physical, artistic, and practical skills. To achieve this, physical education should be integrated with academics. Therefore, we analyzed the existing problems and their causes in our college’s physical education teaching and developed basic reform ideas that incorporated physical education into academic education, interspersed physical education with academic education, and co-constructed the physical and academic education based on actual teaching experiences. Besides, each school should be given adequate physical education resources, and the management methods and regulations for physical education courses should be optimized. The integrated physical education curriculum system and content should also be improved and various extracurricular activities should be carried out. In addition, a new course evaluation index should be established, which will be used to determine new teaching goals and methods.

Abstract:This research primarily aimed to examine the compatibility of teaching perspectives of teachers with the Physical Education (PE) curriculum in China. The Teaching Perspective Inventory (Pratt, 1998) was used to collect data from 272 PE teachers. Descriptive statistics, MANOVAs, and correlational procedures were used for quantitative data analysis. Results indicated that PE teachers had a common pattern of a single dominant teaching perspective. Student personal growth was addressed but less attention was given to changes in society and learners’ thinking. The findings suggest that the teachers’ perspectives may be incompatible with the focus of the current Chinese PE curriculum. Furthermore, the significant correlations among the teaching perspectives reflect the interdependence of these viewpoints. As a result, teachers’ perspectives on teaching need to be considered thoroughly when PE reformers attempt to modify the curricula. Finally, gender, years of teaching experience, and teaching level were the factors associated with the variation in teaching perspectives. However, academic degree and sampling methods (convenient sampling and random sampling) were not.

Abstract:In recent years, with the reform of the educational system and the introduction of new curriculum standards, the teaching quality of physical education in middle schools has greatly improved. The education industry in China is now in a phase of high-quality development. In order to further enhance the effect of middle school physical education, it is necessary to strengthen the discussion on teaching strategies. Taking this as the starting point, this paper summarizes the importance of middle school physical education under the background of the new curriculum, analyzes the current teaching situation, and on this basis, proposes several strategies to enhance the teaching effect from three aspects: core literacy, student subject, and information technology.

Abstract:The purpose of this article was to describe current curricular practices and issues in elementary and secondary physical education (PE) in the United States (US) and discusses desirable reform directions for K-12 PE to be supported as a relevant subject within school cultures. Since the 1990s, the area of PE has adopted the concept of standards based on the longstanding tradition of a localized curricular approach. The nature of broad PE standards allowed for local flexibility and teacher autonomy while it also has resulted in a number of disparate standards-based programs across states and local school districts. System-wide change for the school PE curriculum is needed to secure credibility as an independent school subject. The introduction of a standardized national curriculum, however, does not seem advisable in the socioeconomically, culturally, and locally diverse US’ learning context. It could prompt diverse ideological issues such as divisions among racial/ethnic groups and among socioeconomic classes, the resistance and anti-sentiment of local entities to change, and a hegemony of legitimate knowledge. Curriculum reform for school PE would have to be initiated in a light touch manner for the current standards-based model, but not total standardization for curricula.

Abstract:In view of the big consumption and low rate of utilization of physical education curriculum resources among colleges and universities, the research uses the collaborative mode and informational platform to implement resources sharing in different colleges and universities physical education teaching. This paper analyze the characteristics of physical education teaching and is based on this collaborative mode of colleges and universities physical education teaching while this mode can help achieve sharing teaching resources. In order to improve the utilization of physical education teaching resources and reduce the conflicts of using the resources among colleges and universities, this paper pay more attention to analyze the internet curriculum and the plan of physical education teaching resources in cross colleges and universities, and researches the resources sharing informational platform. While using the platform to arrange physical education curriculum of different colleges and universities, the research of physical education teaching and education aims to realize the collaborative mode of physical education teaching across colleges and universities.

Abstract:To improve physical education in vocational colleges, a hybrid teaching model should be developed, taking into account local conditions, gradual progress, and deep integration. The process includes resetting teaching goals, optimizing teaching content, adjusting teaching segments, and improving teaching evaluation. Teachers can use video resources to interact with students before class, set up different student display projects during the course, encourage group cooperation and inter-group assessment, conduct in-class tests and knowledge competitions to reinforce students’ sports skills, and suggest appropriate after-class activities. An online and offline self-study model can also motivate students to participate in sports.
Analysis of Physical Education Classroom Teaching after Implementation of the Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model: A Video-Based Assessment

Abstract:This study assessed the Chinese health physical education curriculum model recently suggested to meet the recommended physical education curriculum reforms addressing the declining physical and mental health of students in China. We used video analyses of 41 physical education classroom teaching cases with a physical education classroom teaching behavior analysis system to provide quantitative and qualitative behavioral data. We established reference ranges for classroom teaching behavior indicators, summarized classroom teaching patterns, and assessed classroom discourse and the emotional climate. Notable findings included teachers in elementary schools using closed-ended questions, predictable responses, and general feedback significantly more often than teachers in senior high school, and ball sports instructors using demonstration and competition significantly more frequently than instructors in athletics. Overall, three teaching patterns were most commonly used-lecture, practice, and dialogue-with practice being dominant. Analysis of the top 50 most commonly spoken words by teachers identified five types of discourse-motivational, directive, specialized, transitional, and regulatory-with motivational words being most frequent. The classroom atmosphere was mainly positive. These findings provide evidence that the use of this curriculum model may bring positive changes to physical education classroom teaching methods in China and will inform subsequent innovative physical education classroom teaching practices.
