Abstract:In view of control,the research background and contents on the networked control systems based of field bus are introduced in this paper.Networked control systems is a discipline as the combination of network and control science which covers a wide subjects.First,the three mathematic models of networked control systems are discussed, which consist of short network-induced delay with the controller time or event driven,and long network-induced delay with the controller event driven.Second,the mean value controllability,mean square controllability, mean value observability and mean square observability of networked control systems are analyzed. Third,several methods of controller design under the conditions of networked systems are intrduced.Finally.a further discussion on performance improvement of networked control systems in the furture is proposed.

Abstract:The Ethernet is more and more used in the industrial environments. Because of the non-deterministic protocol of CSMA/CD, Ethernet is thought not to be suitable for the control of real time applications. With the worldwide application and development of Ethernet, its transmission rate is considered sufficiently high enough to estimate that all messages can be received inside a predefined temporal window. Especially, using Ethernet in industrial network will brings a lot of advantages: (1) consistency with the other communication systems installed in the enterprise; (2) employment of the same hardware all over the factory; (3) short cycle-times due to the high transmission speed; (4) large availability of chips implementing the MAC protocol, etc. In this paper, we first analyze the real-time capability of Ethernet and features of traffic for industrial network. Then, we propose some technologies for the design of an Ethernet-based real-time application. Finally, we present an EPA (Ethernet for Plant Automation)-based open network control system.

Abstract:To overcome the bad real-time performance of remote control system usually used in industrial field,a method is given to implement remote control based on real-time Ethernet,which combines real-time Ethernet,virtual instrument and optic fiber transmission.The result of experiment indicates that the remote control system based on real-time Ethernet has high reliability,better real-time performance and stronger anti-jamming ability,compared with the common PLC remote control system.It has great value in the control of large industrial field.

Abstract:Due to the low bus efficiency,poor real timing,low reliability,short communication distance and other features existing in the RS-485 communication network which is widely applied in the mine gas measuring and control systems in China coal mines,the communi- cation network of the present mine gas measuring and control system was rebuilt with the CAN controlled local network technology in order to keep a good communication between the remote mining point and the control center.The safety coefficient had been improved and the long distance communication issue had been solved.The cost of the system was low and cheap and the previous communication cable could be reused.

Abstract:This paper presents a novel security monitoring system of mine based on power line communication; with networking and routing technology, an artificial cobweb routing of security monitoring communication system is established to ensure the reliability of data communication in the system, and improve the reliability and validity of the PLC-based security monitoring system. This paper describes in detail the overall hardware and software framework of the system, the design communication terminal nodes, the mine communication network model and network structure based on artificial cobweb. The experiment results about the delay and throughput show that this system can achieve real-time monitoring of underground mines, sound and light alarm and two-way data communication with the control center on the ground, providing new ideas and guiding methods for mine security monitoring system design and development.

Abstract:Aiming at the complex environment in mine,remote,scattered production layout,multiple control points,this multi-mines safety monitoring system is divided into two layers of network,the main processor through C8051F040 intelligent node,will connect the upper Ethernet and the following CAN bus.Detailed design of the hardware architecture,and transplanted real-time multitasking operating system μC / OS-II into the form of the intelligent node,The results show that the system can accomplish real-time data collection and analysis to verify the accuracy of the system can handle real-time tasks.making the whole system stable and reliable and it is worth to be generalized.

Abstract:The traditional PLC and Fieldbus technology cannot meet the demand of decentralization topology for industrial automation and control system.The industrial communications based on Ethernet in field level is the final goal to achieve the seamless communication.This paper shows the analysis of the transparent communication model of industrial control network,and the study on the technologies for solving the network communication of the intelligent devices.The results of the research can be used as reference to the design of realtime Ethernet communication in field level.

Abstract:In recent years, the coal industry has been expanding the scale and output of coal mining in China, yet the safety in production is faced with great challenge. Communication system in coal mines plays a significant role in production safety, and wireless narrowband data communication network technology is a new-type advantageous measure to construct wireless network security monitoring system for coal mining. Here, a coal mine monitoring signal transmission method based on bus technology and wireless data transmission technology suitable for coal mines is proposed. The corresponding monitoring system is designed, and the system is able to collect the gas concentration and mechanical operation status of the mines. Wireless sensor network nodes are used for the RF communication module. The communication performance of this system in coal and rock medium and the roadway along the goaf is simulated, and the quantitative relationship between the attenuation coefficient of different communication frequencies and the effective communication distance is obtained. Hence, the results show that the protocol has good performance in terms of route establishment, maintenance, and data transmission hop count for the positioning of coal mine employees.

Abstract:Traditional lineate monitor systems in coal mine can not meet the need as the modernize production developing, because they are difficulty to lay, dangerous and are difficulty to supply power. A new idea is studied in this article: using a new communication technology called ZigBee combined with the lineate communication to build a monitor system. This system is a wireless network which can detect the sensitivity parameters in coal mine, and then the parameters are transmitted to control room through cables, this can help people get the safety state in mine.

Abstract:The fieldbus technology is applied to the auto-control system of the coal unload workshop. The setting-up of the model, the design and the realization of the fieldbus control system are discussed. High-low voltage control systerm structure is analysed. Hardware of fieldbus and communication cards is designed. And the key points of the realization of the system are designated. The prospect of the fieldbus in controlling is also discussed. This technology can be well applied in practicality.

Abstract:To solve the difficulty of precisely measure the gas concentration in coalmine site, the intelligent monitoring method based on WSN for gas concentration is proposed. The field monitor adopts Wheatstone bridge method to measure gas concentration in catalytic combustion, through piecewise nonlinear correction, the measured value of the bridge may more accurately reflects the gas concentration. The monitor detects and displays the gas concentration for timely warning and alarming, in addition, the data are transmitted to base station through wireless sensor network using LEACH wireless communication protocol. The experimental results indicate that the system balances the energy consumption of each measurement node, and prolongs the effective life cycle of the wireless network.

Abstract:After the communication system in ITS is introduced briefly, its hierarchy of the communication system is presented. By analyzing the strong and weak points of standardized fieldbus, a new hierarchy communication system framework is presented in the paper, in which the widely accepted standards of higher layer are kept unchanged while the lower layer taking a new solution based on modified fieldbus. In order to demonstrate the feasibility, a prototype system is introduced.

Abstract:With the increasing scale of the power system, the smart substations are becoming widely used. Substation need to complete the function of information collection, status monitoring, controlling and regulation etc. to meet the requirement of automation and intelligence. Therefore the communication of smart substation has some real-time requirements. Fieldbus for the substation can make a network connection between substations. To meet the real-time requirement, the applications of industrial Ethernet are getting widespread. EtherCAT is a kind of real-time industrial Ethernet. It has the features of high transmission rate, flexible topology type, low cost and good security, etc. Hence EtherCAT is a technology which is very suitable to the application of substations. This paper is a research of network construction in the smart substation, and gives an analysis of features of industrial Ethernet EtherCAT, especially its real-time feature.

Abstract:Today, the rail traffic as a large capacity public transportation way gets rapid development in the world, in order to guarantee the train's safety, people use train network to monitor the train's real time status. But with the developing of safety requirement, the traditional MVB network's low transmission rate has been unable to meet the train safety monitoring's large capacity data transmission requirement, so people put forward the idea of industrial Ethernet. Industrial Ethernet although can meet the requirement of large capacity, high rate transmission requirement, but still in the initial development stage, there has no unified transmission protocol and interface specification, so research on transmission standard of train safety monitoring network with great data transmission capacity has become the new development direction. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Abstract:Aimed at the bottleneck of network and the shortcoming of acquisition terminals not compatible, this article has analyzed a coal mine safety monitoring system based on CAN. It has designed intelligent environment monitoring terminal and electromechanical device operation state monitoring terminal by the mine characteristic, structured CAN network realizing much node high speed , high reliability interconnection, carried out real time monitoring and control on the environment safe parameter and equipment operation state, every terminal may act autonomously according to preferential rank communication .The host computer carried out information fusion, comprehensive analysis , diagnose , early warning chain and auxiliary decision- making on the multiple parameter.

Abstract:This paper puts forward a design of a mine integrated access gateway,which is based on a kind of high performance single chip network microcomputer DS80C410,and introduces the design of gateways hardware circuit communication process and transfer principle,gives the program flow which is based on the actual of mine,and gives the gateway's real-time,reliability analysis for the quality of service(Qos) analysis of coal enterprise multimedia integrated services digital network.The gateway can realize the data exchange between RS485/232 CAN bus 1wire bus and industrial Ethernet,makes the transmission of information between mine and Ethernet is effective and real-time.

Abstract:Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) explores the use of the latest WSN technology in coal mine safety intelligent wireless monitoring, especially the three key technologies that need to solve the WSN wireless communication, transmission routing protocol and positioning algorithm for underground safety monitoring. The application of wireless sensor network in coal mine safety intelligent monitoring system is proposed, this paper discusses the principle and advantages of wireless sensor network and the design basis of wireless sensor network in intelligent monitoring system of coal mine safety. Based on the current situation and existing problems of the low level of intelligence of coal mine safety monitoring system, the design scheme and monitoring mechanism of coal mine safety intelligent monitoring system are proposed, and the feasibility of wireless sensor network in the application of coal mine safety intelligent monitoring system is discussed. Finally, the gateway proposed in this research was tested by laboratory simulation, and the results showed that the gateway designed in this research had good reliability and stability, and proposed a new solution for the design of coal mine safety monitoring system.

Abstract:The data of the measurement and control system of each coal mine group are independent. In order to manage the monitoring data of each coal mine, the Coal Industry Group needs to select a suitable data transmission mode to transmit the data of each colliery to the information centre of the group. To meet this requirement, it needs to compare different data transmission modes and choose a stable and efficient data transmission mode. At first, this paper compared the relative merits of different data transmission methods, and then chose three of them to perform experiments. They are File Transfer Protocol, WebServices and database sharing, compare their data transmission efficiency, and finally, select the most appropriate transmission method and apply it to the actual project.
