Abstract:In order to improve systematic entirety cognition on the minority sports culture par-ticipant path of Jiangzhe,this paper focuses on the path and structural order of Jiangzhe ethnic groups participated in the Ethnic minority sports.Based on John Berry cultural double latitude theoretical models and self-determination theory,using the methods of literature review,inter-view,field visits,questionnaire research and mathematical statistics,the participating path,and process,element structure were analyzed.The results show that 1 )Through Cronbach α relia-bility coefficient and exploratory factor analysis,the use of the three dimensions of the spiritual needs,social relations needs,physical needs,to representation of the framework of the needs el-ements of Jiangzhe ethnic groups who participated in traditional sports projects have been good reliability and validity.2 )The mainly approaches of participation was through the way of tradi-tional sport competitions and performances,followed by the interpersonal,networking and men-toring heritage,access to information through television,newspapers and magazines and other means of accounting for a very small number.3 )Through Cronbach αreliability coefficient and exploratory factor analysis,extracted one dimension of Jiangzhe cultural ecological environment influence on traditional sports participation,and named as Jiangzhe traditional sports cultural ecological environment.4 )Cultural coping strategies mainly adopt cultural integration strate-gies which contain positive acculturation,negative acculturation and cultural competitive inte-gration coping strategies.5 )Judging from the structural equation modeling,the needs for tradi-tional sports were the pivotal point to connect its external environment and participating in tra-ditional sports.In addition,it could be taken to reinforce their cultural integration strategies and improve their level of participation when Jiangzhe minorities sports cultural ecological envi-ronment support Jiangzhe ethnic group needs.

Abstract:Due to geographical conditions, traditional habits and so on, there are large numbers of illegal transnational marriage in Sino - Burma border Areas of Yunnan. Those marriages not only weaken the authority of Chinese law and give rise to security and stability problems in the border areas but also disturb the residents＇ self- identity with homeland especially young residents and damage the legitimate rights and interests of women and children in the border areas. There are some suggestions, such as recognize transnational marriages condi- tionally, provide the occupation skill training for the women in Burma and strengthen marriage and family guid- ance work in the border areas. All of these not only can properly solve the above problems, but also contribute to harmony and stability of Yunnan border minority area in the long - term.

Abstract:In China, border cities are developing in the direction of trade, investment, tourism, and regional diversification and becoming crucial for the national opening-up strategy and inter-regional exchange. In this study, we construct a comprehensive system for measuring and evaluating the resilience of border cities in China that also reveals the spatial and temporal characteristics of resilience. Three representative sample zones (Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest) are selected within the three major regions of China to analyze the regional differences in border city resilience and propose targeted coping strategies. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the spatial distribution of resilience in Chinese border cities varies significantly, with the overall resilience decreasing in the following order: Northeast China > Southwest China > Northwest China > North China > Tibetan China. Higher resilience of border cities is predominantly related to better economic foundations and advantages in border trade. Second, the resilience of China's border cities has increased significantly over the past decade, with highly resilient border cities concentrated in the northeastern part of China, the northern part of Xinjiang, and Guangxi Province. Moreover, high resilience generally spreads to surrounding low-resilience cities over time. Third, the spatial distribution and development trends of resilience levels differ among the three sample zones. Therefore, it is crucial to improve urban resilience according to the regional characteristics of each border city and its specific developmental stage.

Abstract:Borderland regions are special areas and deserve more attention in global sustainable development. Reliable geo-information and effective analysis tools are requested to support borderlands studies through the integrated utilization of geospatial analysis, web service, as well as the other domain-specific expertise. This paper has reviewed the state-of-the-art of geospatial information sciences, (GIS)-based borderlands modeling, and understanding. From the perspective of GIS, integrated data modeling, comprehensive analysis, and collaborative information service are identified as the three major challenges in this filed. A research agenda is further proposed with four topics, i.e., classification and representation of borderland information, derivation of neighborhood information, development of synergetic analysis, and design and development of a geo-portal for borderlands studies. This interdisciplinary study requires a closer and in-depth collaboration of geopolitics, international relation, geography and geo-spatial information sciences.

Abstract:China is a multiethnic country, and the border areas are the gathering places of ethnic minorities. Strengthening the ethnic unity education in the border areas is an important measure to maintain the social stability and national security in the border areas of China. Colleges and universities in the border areas are the cradle of cultivating outstanding ethnic minority cadres, and colleges and universities in the border areas shoulder an important historical mission. In recent years, many domestic experts and scholars began to try to use the PMC index model for policy evaluation. Chinese scholars also have a deeper understanding of the standards of policy evaluation and put forward policy evaluation standards that are more in line with the actual needs of China's public policy evaluation research. This paper takes the education policy text of the border ethnic minorities as the research object, takes the policy evaluation as the research perspective, constructs the transformation policy text evaluation model according to Ruiz Estrada's PMC index model construction method, defines the calculation method and rating method, draws the PMC surface of each sample, and makes a comparative analysis of the PMC index. According to the comparative analysis results of PMC index and the scanning results of policy text, this paper puts forward three optimization strategies for the education policy of border ethnic minorities.
