Advance in the Expression of Foreign Protein in Pichia Pastoris

Abstract:P.pastoris possesses the advantage of eukaryotic cell, and has been used to express foreign proteins widely. The advantage of P.pastoris, the characteristic of expression plasmid, the relationship between copies of foreign gene and foreign protein yield, expression of secreted protein, condition of fermentation and processing, modifying protein procedures are discussed in this paper.
