Abstract:By taking the undergraduate of hotel intern for study,the undergraduate intern training course is divided into five stages,summing up the students a major psychology theme and psychological performance.It analyzes characteristics of mentality of hotel undergraduate intern.The main reason for psychological problems are:mental ill-prepared for hotel internship,student travel's own lacks of career planning,practice of human relationships in the processing power is not high.Finally,it brings up four ways of realization of good management in mind for the intern,they are:changing the awareness of undergraduate intern in the hotels,business-to-school intern with the assessment of the docking system problems,the problem of teachers for following practice guidance,the psychology contract of intern training between the hotel management.

Abstract:The construction of new liberal arts is to adapt to the new requirements of the development of philosophy and social sciences in the new era, to cultivate the new liberal arts with Chinese characteristics and Chinese style, and to train the new era of liberal arts talents to take on the great task of national rejuvenation as the goal. At present, the major of tourism and hotel management in Chinese colleges and universities is moving towards the direction of high quality development. The restructuring and reform of traditional personnel training mode is a key to break through the contradiction between supply and demand of professional personnel. In-depth analysis of the current college tourism and hotel management professional talent training mode facing the training and curriculum system, training mode, training teachers and training evaluation system need to be further clear, innovation, optimization and improvement of realistic difficulties. Therefore, the training mode and program of tourism and hotel management professionals in colleges and universities should be re-examined, and a scientific orientation and curriculum construction system should be established. Deepen teaching reform and establish modern teaching mode of "integration of science and practice"; Docking industry development and building a regional training platform of "production, learning and research"; We will improve the security system and build a "double-qualified" professional teaching team.

Abstract:Economic globalization has promoted the cultural exchange between countries. Abstract:This paper aims to explore and innovate the international training path of hotel management in Zhejiang higher vocational colleges. The research background emphasizes the challenges that Zhejiang Province, as a frontier region of China's economy, faces in the internationalization of hotel management education, and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance through the synthesis of domestic and foreign literature. The core goal of the research is to comprehensively improve the international education level of the profession and develop effective strategies to enhance students' internationalization ability. Through the use of multi-dimensional analysis and a variety of research methods, including literature research, questionnaire survey, case study and interview, the research deeply discusses the goal, content, approach, effect and quality of internationalization education, as well as countermeasures and suggestions. Special emphasis is placed on the innovation of curriculum setting, teaching mode and integration of international resources. This study provides comprehensive theoretical support and practical guidance for the internationalization training of hotel management majors in Zhejiang vocational colleges, aiming at improving the quality of education and international competitiveness of students, and contributing to the sustainable development of local tourism industry.

Abstract:Internship is the important component of tourism education in university, and evaluation on its effectiveness has great significance to improve internship quality. According to internship purpose, the scientific and reasonable internship effectiveness evaluation index system can be established from the aspects of major cognition, industry cognition, service capabilities and service characters. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper uses this system to analyze students’ internship, who are from the major of tourism management in one university in Shanghai. It finds that the effectiveness improves students’service capabilities characters, but deceases students’interests on the major and industry. This result provides basis for decision-making to continuously improve internship management.

Abstract:In the context of the rapid development of the tourism industry, the number and scale of high-star hotels continue to expand, leading to an increasing demand for professionals in operations and management. However, the current quantity and skill levels of professionals in the field of high-star hotel operations and management are insufficient to meet the development demands of the tourism industry. As crucial institutions for cultivating specialized talents, secondary vocational colleges need to strengthen collaboration with hotels. Through the integration of industry and education, the aim is to enhance the quality of talent development to meet the demands of frontline and grassroots management in the hotel industry. This paper will analyze the collaborative talent development model in the field of high-star hotel operations and management between secondary vocational colleges and enterprises under the framework of industry-education integration, along with addressing existing issues and proposing solutions.

Abstract:Abstract This study aimed to investigate the key factors of sustainability of hotel social responsibility from the effectiveness of the hotel intern training system. Using a mixed research method, a sample was first selected by purposive sampling, and 280 questionnaires were obtained by snowballing from September 2019 to February 2020. Using Statistical package for social sciences (SPSS, AMOS) IBM 22.0 software, the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by the CFA method, examined by Pearson Correlation Analysis, and then the opinions of hoteliers, experts, and senior employees on the questionnaire results were obtained by interview method and finally, the data were compiled and analyzed by multivariate verification. The study found that: Chinese hoteliers are unable to stabilize their employees' motivation and fulfill their internal social responsibility due to insufficient human resource training system, welfare benefits, job rotation mechanism, and poorly defined reward and punishment system. In order to stabilize the implementation of perfect internal corporate responsibilities for entrepreneurs, it is necessary to strengthen corporate culture promotion, improve the existing promotion system, increase employee benefits, and adjust the working environment and facilities. In this way, even in a harsh working environment, it can still increase employees' recognition of the company, improve work performance, and increase employees' willingness to stay.

Abstract:The tourism management major has obvious interdisciplinary and composite characteristics. Abstract:This article aims to explore the application of digitalization in practical training teaching under the background of “Internet +” by taking the teaching of “Front Office Service” in the hotel management and digital operation major as an example. By using digital teaching methods, tools, and practical training methods, this study analyzes the impact of digital practical training teaching on students’ mastery of front office service skills as well as explores the ways to implement digital practical training teaching. The research results show that digital practical training teaching can effectively improve students’ learning effects and comprehensive quality, and simultaneously has positive significance for cultivating comprehensive hotel management talents that adapt to the needs of the “Internet +” era.

Abstract:Abstract In the context of the information era, the integration of industry and education, as a key direction for future educational reform, imposes higher standards on the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. The study develops and investigates the hotel talent cultivation model and operation mechanism based on industry-education integration, starting from industry-education integration’s guiding ideology and principles. Then, in order to confirm the realistic feasibility of the hotel talent training model, the research object is selected, the relevant questionnaire is designed, and after the reliability test of the questionnaire, the questionnaire is distributed. The data are collected, and then the statistical analysis algorithm, including the difference test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, is used to verify the examples. The data showed that corporate internship time, corporate internship environment, corporate internship management, corporate internship course planning, on-campus supervisors, and off-campus supervision were all significantly and positively correlated with satisfaction (Sig<0.05). At the same time, the regression equation was satisfaction= 0.2989+0.0459*corporate internship time+0.1329*corporate internship environment+0.0641*corporate internship management+ 0.1034*Enterprise Internship Curriculum Planning + 0.1017*Internship Supervisor + 0.0762* Externship Supervision. This study not only ensures the effectiveness, continuity, and standardization of talent cultivation but also helps to promote innovation in hotel talent cultivation modes in the context of industry-education integration.

Abstract:With the major victory in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China, the tourism industry is accelerating into the stage of full recovery, the demand for tourism professionals is strong, and the shortage of talents is becoming more and more serious. However, in recent years, the employment intention of tourism management graduates in colleges and universities is not high in the industry, there is a phenomenon of “low employment rate, high turnover rate” and “some jobs can’t be filled”, the fundamental reason is that college students' professional recognition of tourism management is not high. In recent years, there are more and more researches on professional identity in domestic academic circles. By reviewing, sorting out and evaluating the research results of various scholars, this paper puts forward some thoughts for the follow-up research direction of college students’ professional identity, and provides ideas for improving the quality of college students’ talent training for tourism management majors and solving the problem of shortage of professional talents.

Abstract:The domestic situation of the past few years shows the practices of employees’ unpaid leave and layoffs and the constant drain on capital, talent, and technologies in hospitality. Owners expect to reduce the losses to as low as possible by saving on human costs. Nevertheless, in face of such a changing environment, hospitality has to accumulate high-quality human capital through systematic investment, sensitive development, and continuous learning and growth to discover competitive advantages through the cultivation of human capital. The pre-service education of new employees could accelerate their familiarity with the operations of the company and their understanding of their job role and duties. More importantly, with good planning, it could make employees feel emphasized with and respected with the result of largely changing their thoughts and working habits. Aiming at supervisors and employees in hospitality in Zhejiang as the research objects, a total of 420 copies of our questionnaire are distributed, and 357 valid copies were retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 85%. According to the results to propose discussions, it is expected to generate systematic and proper education methods for the pre-service education in hospitality, promote the education effectiveness, and promote employees’ capability and organizational performance.
