Abstract:The paper introduces the technology of rapid metallic tooling manufacture, analyses the factors influencing the precision of tooling manufacture.A closed-loop precision control system of metallic tooling manufacture is proposed.The key technology, numerical simulation of solidification, in the closed-loop precision control system is studied.The intensity theory of sand is updated and the precision of numerical simulation is improved.
