Abstract:In this paper,current situation of Electrical Testing Technique course is analyzed and existing problems are pointed out.Some new ideas of interactive teaching focused on experiment content,process and evaluation are put forward.Specific implementation steps and methods of the interactive teaching are elaborated by the example of current detection experiment.Practice proves that,by this teaching method,the students′ system concept will be further strengthened and the capacity to analyze and solve problems will be improved.

Abstract:Electrician machine practice is an important engineering practice teaching element in the cultivation plan of undergraduate student of electricity. The task- driven teaching method is adopted in order to improve the quality of practice teaching, and to cultivate the ability of practice and creativity in the electrician machine practice. This paper discusses the mission design and implementation process which based on constructivist task-driven teaching method in the teaching of electrician machine practice, and points out several questions which should be noticed in the practice. The practice approves the application of task- driven teaching method in electrician machine practice can improve the teaching quality through excavating the student’s practice and creativity ability and cultivate the capability of independent thinking ,exploration and reclamation more effectively.

Abstract:Through the reform of the teaching methods of electronic information undergraduate course “Electrotechnics”, the students’ theoretical knowledge level of electrotechnics and practical ability of electrical experiment skills are improved, so that students can truly experience the importance of experimental operation and practical application while learning knowledge. At the same time, we grasp the students’ learning attitude through the form of questionnaires, and summarizetimely in the daily teaching process. In order to realize the continuity between the knowledge of “Electrotechnics” course and the application of the knowledge learned by students, we introduce experimental teaching related to the knowledge learned and the specific examples closely related to daily life in the process of practical teaching, so that students can understand and apply the knowledge more intuitively, and improve the enthusiasm of students to learn “Electrotechnics” course.

Abstract:The discussion is focused on the reform of the course of power electronics technology,with respect to both class teaching and experimental practice.The power electronics technology is a lecture of developing fast and requiring more practical experience,therefore it is a task that how to fulfill the teaching objectives within limited time.The class teaching contents are modified,and a new experimental platform is designed,so that students could fully comprehend the basic knowledge and techniques of power electronics technology,and improve the experimental techniques.Teaching practices show that through the reform,the students' abilities of identifying,analyzing and solving problems are much better cultivated.

Abstract:With the rapid development of electrical engineering at home and abroad, it is in urgent need to foster talents with innovative spirit. The paper analyses the necessity and importance of cultivating outstanding innovative talents and further discusses the mode and measures for engineering subject. The paper puts forward some effective methods of cultivating innovative talents, such as adopting new mechanism to select talented person. The innovative talents can be divided into four categories: fantasy thinking talents, excellent SRT talents, professional talents, comprehensive talents.It also analyses some typical cases and primary results of these methods. The author hopes that the paper has certain reference meaning to the cultivating outstanding innovative talents of engineering subject.

Abstract:The so called working and learning alternation course is practical activity which requires students to get into enterprise related to the specialty and accomplish the work of post practice at forefront of production and service for 6 to 8 weeks in accordance with the requirements of professional talent training scheme and teaching schedule prior to graduation practice. With the rapid development of the electronic manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, employing enterprises have put forward new requirements for the training methods of the talents of Applied Electronic Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges. The Ministry of Education issued a document in 2006 to encourage the implementation of teaching model of alternation between work and study. The working and learning alternation course has become one of the directions of course reform at higher vocational colleges currently in China. This paper presents two practical cases of different results in the enterprise, Kingclean. The typical jobs that the enterprise can provide are relating to electronic assembly technology, such as manual soldering operation, product assembly operation, product labeling code operation, and product inspection operation. By comparison, the reasons for success have been revealed. The main factors include rational arrangement, humanized management, authoritative tutors, timely ideological guidance. The practical significances of alternation between working and learning are given as following: increasing understanding of the enterprise; improving the students' motivation at college; cultivating a hard-working style of work; easing the pressure on the labor shortage of enterprise. According to the practice, the problems to be solved urgently in working and learning alternation may be the jobs that are monotonous, low technical content, and not very well matching with professional goals and positions. Finally, some suggestions are given to improve the course construction of work and study alternation.

Abstract:Talent training in Electrical engineering and automation is explored,which integrates the construction of economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits with traditional educational features of Fujian University of Technology.The findings include targeted positioning and well-devised training plans to foster professionals well founded in "practice,application,adaptation and innovation."The way of training lies in well-balanced relations between theory and practice,application and innovation,extensive knowledge and specialty.Constructive plans of talent training are designed which are characterized by "one main line,two classrooms,three platforms and four parts in one" to enhance "four constructions" and to foster an effective practical teaching system with highlighted features.
