Abstract:The paper introduces the definition and function of the indicator system for evaluation sustainable development,reviews the principles and three methods commonly used at present in the construction of index system. The index weight and comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development are also discussed.Finally,some suggestions,which are significant in the future,of the sustainable development and the evaluation indicator system are put forward.
