Abstract:The problems in network information security are analyzed from the angle of human factors.First- ly,the paper defines network information security and describes the producing process of human error,then human errors in network information security are classified into the three kinds of slips,lapses and mistakes. At last,factors that give rise to human errors in network information security are analyzed from four aspects of human,organization,technology and environment,and human errors of the cases are analyzed by means of some methods related human factors.The problems of network information security are human problems rather than technical ones.

Abstract:Abstract In the information age, the rapid development of computer network technology and artificial intelligence technology has created conditions for the development of traditional libraries to digital libraries. While computer network technology and artificial intelligence technology continue to promote the development of digital libraries, library network security issues also arise. The purpose of this paper is to explore the application analysis of artificial intelligence technology in library network security. This article puts forward the problem of library network system security, describes the concept and characteristics of library network system security, and aims at the basic factors affecting the security of digital library network system, constructs artificial intelligence-based books from the perspective of management and technology Preventive mechanism for library network system security. In terms of situation prediction, this article uses artificial intelligence technology and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the network security situation. This method can quickly extract parameters and can quickly evaluate the current network, thereby improving the real-time performance of the situation assessment. The optimized support vector machine method overcomes the subjectivity of support vector machine parameter selection, thereby improving the prediction accuracy of the network security situation. The simulation experiment verifies that the optimized support vector machine prediction model has a higher value for the network security situation. Forecast accuracy. Experimental research shows that the PSO-SVR prediction model used in this article can predict the future situation value relatively closely, help library management network administrators analyze the future network situation, and prompt library management network administrators to adjust defense strategies in time based on threat assessment to maintain library management network Safe and healthy operation.

Abstract:The past few years have witnessed revolutionary advances in network technology. Along with new techniques such as SDN come lots of new network security challenges. Conventional network security mechanisms are incompetent to overcome these challenges, since they are built on a static network configuration that facilitates attackers in finding the weaknesses of a network. In this article, we conceive a novel conceptual network security mechanism, the evolving defense mechanism (EDM), to resolve current and future security problems. EDM is based on a bio-inspired idea of network configuration variations. According to the security requirements of the system, the user, and the network security state, EDM selects an efficient network configuration variation strategy to prevent corresponding security threats. Combined with SDN implementation, EDM resolves security problems from a new angle and is capable of evolving with new network security technology. We sketch a way to implement EDM and present its reference framework, which serves as an ecosystem and coexisting environment for various kinds of network configuration variations. The proposed mechanism avoids the deficiency of conventional mechanisms and has potential to cope with emerging security threats.

Abstract:With the development of network technology, network is more and more closely related to people’s lives. Network security has been paid more and more attention, and the research on network security has gradually been put on the agenda. The main purpose of computer network security research is to extract the system data and factors related to computer network security and establish a model to analyze computer network security. Computer security concerns people’s vital interests. Now, hacker attacks and virus intrusions often occur, which threaten people’s privacy and security. The research work of security analysis needs to extract the system resources and security factors related to computer network security and establish a security model oriented to security analysis. Based on the analysis of the connotation and current situation of computer network security, this paper points out the main problems existing in the network security model, in order to explore a practical model for improving computer network security analysis.

Abstract:Because human error plays a direct role in accidents, studying the causal relationship between the environment and human error is essential to prevent mishaps. However, these relationships have been explored solely using bivariate statistical analysis and thus require more intermediate factors to emphasize the need for monitoring and controlling human error by improving the workplace environment. Moreover, prevalent studies rely heavily on expert experience, which is subjective and creates potential estimation noise. In this study, the mechanism whereby environmental factors influence behavior and its associate factors is learned with an algorithm using a Bayesian network structure. Rather than being simply data-driven, the algorithm initiates learning from prior knowledge, the theoretical causal chain in the cognitive reliability and error analysis method (CREAM), and revises the learning approach against safety inspection data if necessary. The learned Bayesian network shows that human error and incorrect sequencing result from a combination of limited cognitive functions and improper spatial/workmanship arrangements caused by equipment defects, improper design, and management problems. Bridging the gaps in previous studies, the action interface revealed by this study is useful for on-site quality control. (C) 2018 American Society of Civil Engineers.

Abstract:Human errors are recognized as the main factor in causing construction accidents. Previous studies mainly focused on justifying theories associated with human errors and hardly quantifying the causal relations between external stimuli and human errors. Hence, the aim of this research is to develop comprehensive management measurements for addressing human errors in construction projects. Deductive reasoning was used to describe the methodological process. Firstly, we constructed a theoretical model of human errors based on Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM) and knowledge-combined structure learning algorithm. Then, Bootstrap method was adopted to verify the reliability of network topology, while the similarity-flooding algorithm was used to analyze similarity of factors across various causal models for their commonalities. Subsequently, Bayesian parameter estimation was to analyze the sensitivity of the nodes. The results show that inadequate quality control, design failure and inattention are the most fundamental causes of human errors in promoting safety management. This research has proposed an analytical approach that consolidated the influential mechanics to reflect the overall influence of a root cause in the human error. Ultimately, the research lays an analytical foundation for safety management research in the future.

Abstract:Artificial Intelligence, IA, is a new technology with enormous potential to change the world forever as we know it. It finds applications in many fields of human activity, including services, industry, education, social networks, transportation, among others. However, there is little discussion about the accuracy and reliability of such technology, which has been used in situations where human life depends on its decision-making process, which is the result of its training, one of the stages of development. It is known that the learning process of an Artificial Intelligence, which can use the Artificial Neural Networks technology, presents an error of the predicted value in relation to the real value, which can compromise its application, being more critical in situations where the user's security is a major issue. In this article, we discuss the main technologies used in AI, their development history, considerations about Artificial Neural Networks and the failures arising from the training and hardware processes used. Three types of errors are discussed: The Adversarial Examples, the Soft Errors and the Errors due the lack of Appropriate Training. A case study associated with the third type of error is discussed and actions based on Design of Experiments are proposed. The objective is to change the way the AI models are trained, to add some rare conditions, and to improve their ability to forecast with greater accuracy in any situation

Network security situation awareness to effectively respond to network security issues provide a viable solution: for complex network environments and malicious attacks, a comprehensive analysis of attacks against various parts of the network system, from a macro point of view of network security situation be assess and predict the future of network security situation based on this information. For the predictive accuracy of prediction system for network security situation has improved significantly, and network security situation prediction method based on machine learning for the network security situation prediction have a high degree feasible, in the real network security situation awareness applications have certain research and practical value. Introduction of Network Security Situational Awareness Network security situation is the current status and trends of the entire information from a variety of factors operating conditions of various network devices, network behavior and user behavior constituted. Network security situational awareness can acquire, understand and display the network environment of security elements. Through a series of technical means in time and space, are fully aware of network security and access and associated elements as possible in a pluralistic, and the establishment of a network based on complex behaviors modeling and simulation situational analysis and pre-side system, and then integrate and analyze vast amounts of security associated with the network-related data. Network security situation awareness is a scientific and effective network security situation assessment and use of relevant technologies to make reasonable predictions about trends over time network security, network management personnel in advance to remind the network system for network equipment, network peer node hosts and data resources to make reasonable adjustments, upgrades and backup, network environment to address the risk of possible future harm to the network system, losses may result down to an acceptable range . Extract information network security situation is carried out on the basis of situational awareness that only a comprehensive collection of data and the use of sophisticated index system, to ensure the correctness of the results of the assessment. Therefore, in the design process model or system must pay attention to select a metric system. Network security situation is a source of diverse, different collection methods, different devices collect data formats, network security situation letter from mainly contains configuration, operating status, traffic, user behavior and other information.

An Erroneous Behavior Taxonomy for Operation and Maintenance of Network Systems.

Abstract:This paper presents an erroneous behavior taxonomy for network operation and maintenance in the sector of information and communications technology. In this study, through analysis of the procedures of six typical tasks, a generic task type description was first proposed to represent task steps, with three component attributes including operators, objects, and functions. Based on that, four domain experts were invited to make judgments on potential erroneous behaviors when technicians carried out such tasks. Judgment results were analyzed and grouped into a three-level error taxonomy including 10 Level 1 error modes (failures of macro-cognitive functions), 38 Level 2 error modes (general forms of observable erroneous behaviors), and 75 instanced error modes (specific observable erroneous behaviors in specific task steps). The error taxonomy exhibits unique characteristics of the sector of information and communications technology compared with traditional safety-critical domains. Moreover, meaningful insights are gained from this study, including the strength of this three-attribute task type description and the existence of requirements on human understanding in action-type tasks.

Human Factor Analysis (HFA) Based on a Complex Network and Its Application in Gas Explosion Accidents

Abstract:Humans are at the core of the social-technical system, and their behavioral errors affect the reliability and safety of the entire system in varying degrees. Occupational accidents and large-scale industrial accidents are often attributed to human errors, accounting for more than 80% of accidents. In view of the complexity of systems and the coupling of elements, a new HFA method is proposed based on a complex network. According to system safety theory, a complex network is regarded as a network composed of humans, matters, environments, and management, and the basic structure of the HFA network is summarized. On this basis, a system safety method of HFA is developed which proposes a universal human error causation model. Moreover, a network analysis method for human errors is also presented, which is a comprehensive analysis of human errors that have occurred. Finally, the above methods are applied to gas explosion accidents that occurred in China. Results show that the two methods proposed are universal to all fields, and their combination improves the effectiveness of human error management and promotes the targeted, proactive, systematic, and dynamic prevention of critical nodes and paths from a holistic perspective.

Abstract:Studies have indicated that prevention through design is the most economic and effective approach to enhance safety. Although the importance of prevention through design has been argued for many years, the mechanism between design and unsafe behavior is still unclear, which impedes the promotion of design for safety. This study aims to reduce accidents in the construction industry and promote safety design by understanding the mechanism through design leads to unsafe behavior and quantify the probability that design failure will cause unsafe behavior. Real inspection data were combined with a Bayesian network, and Bayesian parameter learning was used to identify how design lead to unsafe behavior and calculate the probability of the unsafe behavior. The result highlighted the significance of engineering design specify the mechanism of design on behavior, which outlined a theoretical foundation for prevention through design.

Abstract:Technology advances neither enhances nor detracts from cognitive human bias since its existence over thousands of years. However, skewness in conventional artificial intelligence mechanisms leads to algorithmic mishaps. Understanding the interconnection between human and machine, that algorithms are subject to bias through interactions, and the output of algorithmic bias forms a source of inspiration to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). As a result of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and its subset of machine learning, complex cybercrimes raises security concerns and highlights pertinent considerations for national security; infectious diseases can be a national security concern and facilitate bioterrorism and the production of biological weapons; and automation systems in the form of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) can have national security implications as an attractive tool for criminals and nefarious actors. This article uses grounded theory to analyse congressional hearing reports and related official documents. Increasing our understanding of the process leads to output attainment since AI operates at the speed of light and more data than we can humanly manage accessible. The present research intends to contribute to international relations, international studies, security and strategic studies, and science and technology studies.
