Abstract:The paper divides the constructing elements of the discipline innovation capabilities of humanities and social sciences into three dimensions:academic innovation capability,support capability to innovation,and organization innovation capability.It selects some innovative features of the research findings as important quantitative indicators of evaluating academic innovation capability.Based on these,it constructs the basic frame of evaluating the discipline innovation capabilities of humanities and social sciences.
