Abstract:The reform on teaching of experimental organic chemistry is mainly in experimental contents,teaching methodologies and green experimental organic chemistry.The result shows that we should integrate experimental content according to teaching purpose and give more chances for student's to practice basic operation skill.By doing so,we can arouse the students' interest and initiate their creativity.

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate innovative talents,this paper analyzes the problems of organic synthesis course.In the teaching reform of organic synthesis,we regard "focusing on ability cultivation" as the core and take a series of initiatives,such as selecting the organic synthesis course reference materials,optimizing the teaching methods,choosing some professors with a strong research background as teachers,controlling the number of students and the implementation of small classes,improving the examination methods.Through the practice of teaching reform,the enthusiasm of the students to learn organic synthesis has been improved,the teaching effect has been enhanced obviously,and the students' innovative ability has been achieved.

Abstract:Organic synthesis experiment is a obligatory course of senior students major in chemistry and it is also an important practical teaching link to prepare for the graduation thesis. The course aims to broaden the students' knowledge, cultivate the students' innovation consciousness, enhance their abilities to find out the problems, analyze and solve the problems, and independently think through the experiments of comprehensive practice. The necessity of teaching reform, the significance of carrying out investigative practice teaching and research practice teaching reform were discussed in this paper respectively.

Abstract:Natural product chemistry experiments, which train the students to master the basic skills for extraction, separation and identification of the active components of natural products, and acquaint with the research methods of natural product chemistry, are an important part of organic chemistry laboratory. This paper analyzes the common problems related to the current natural products chemistry laboratories in domestic universities. In recent years, we carried out the reforms of the teaching contents, teaching conditions, and teaching methods. The teaching practices show that the students’ learning interest and efficiency, the abilities to analyze and solve problems, and the scientific research abilities have been trained and strengthened. The teachers’ experimental teaching level and teaching quality have been greatly improved.

Abstract:: To cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical ability, as well as to help them comprehensively master the theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of organic synthesis experiments, teaching exploration and practice of combining research and systematicness in organic synthesis laboratories have been carried out. In the process of designing the curriculum and teaching, we should implement ideas, methods, and teaching reforms that are student-centric. From the viewpoint of enhancing teaching reforms, teaching methods, assessment methods, and other teaching links that explore research, science, and education integration should be combined with the actual classroom teaching, advocate heuristic, and inquiry teaching methods. The implementation of a research-oriented teaching mode effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of students’ independent research-oriented learning, improved their comprehensive practical ability, and established a clear correlation between laboratory teaching and scientific research.
