Abstract:Based on the characteristics of College Physics Experiment,the teaching experience and current conditions of the department,this paper summarizes some reform measures from the teaching content to evaluation method,which will improve students' enthusiasm and initiative.As a result,the practice exhibits that the quality of Physics Experiment teaching constantly improved and students' creative thinking and practical ability..It is a very effective way to improve students' comprehensive quality.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the inadequacy of methods and standards of the current teaching evaluation of vocational colleges, set up a more scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria, multiple evaluation subject, cross-platform evaluation mechanism,evaluation results of real-time feedback and tracking to ensure that teaching evaluation is carried out effectively. Through scientific and effective evaluation of teaching ,timely discovers the drawbacks of the teaching process, and provides effective guidance to teachers teaching designed,provides a scientific basis for the further conduct teaching reform.Scientific and objective evaluation can act as a “guide” and“promote”role. Scientific evaluation criteria is to ensure objective evaluation of the premise , independent evaluation of multiple evaluation is the basis of an objective assessment of the subject , anonymous evaluation model is truthful evaluation assurance evaluators, cross-platform evaluation mechanism is to ensure the effective implementation of the evaluation system.

Abstract:Under the background of the continuous improvement of education level, the continuous improvement of education system and the implementation of Ideological and Political Theories teaching in all courses, the related problems of English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges have gradually attracted people’s attention. There is no doubt that the fundamental purpose of education is to promote the all-round development of students, whether “virtue” or “intelligence “, need to carry out education reasonably. The course of ideological and political education is based on the cultivation of morality and the whole course of education, which requires the combination of ideological and political elements and specific subjects, so as to continuously optimize the educational system. The English subject in higher vocational colleges should be integrated with the course politics elements on the basis of giving full play to the original curriculum characteristics, and then better realize the educational goal. Therefore, this paper analyzes the related problems, hoping to be beneficial to reality.

Abstract:There are a lot of problems in the implementation of curriculum reform in the central and western rural primary and secondary schools in China,including the poor teaching infrastructure,teacher's conservative and stereotyped teaching philosophy,and lack of understanding and support from parents,which restrict the progress of curriculum reform in some degree.In order to address above-mentioned problems,the author thinks that proportion of central and provincial fiscal transfer payment should be enlarged to bridge the gap between the urban and rural areas;proportion,balance regional gap between urban and rural areas,the effective supplement of rural teachers and the training policy should be formulated;communication channels with parents should be strengthened.

In order to fully implement the national talent strategy and solve the current problem of insufficient supply of professional and technical talents, the education department regards the reform of the education system as one of the primary tasks of the current education development and has issued a series of supporting policies.
