Abstract:Objective:Researching the role of nuclear factor κappB(NF-κB) of T cell in bladder canc er cell inhibiting T cell functional in vitro.Methods:1.Co-culturing EJ,T24(the bladder cancer cell line) and bladder epithelial cel l with T cell individually for twenty four hours,isolating T cell,observing the NF-κB activity of T cell by immunocytochemical stainingfunction;2.Changing the NF-κB activity of T cell with agitative agent and antagitative agent,measu ring NF-κB activity and the proliferation of T cell by immunocytochemical stai ningfunction and MTT,analysis the link between NF-κB activity and the prolifer ation of T cell co-culturing with EJ,T24.Results:1.The percentage of NF-κB activity cell of EJ+T cell group and T24+T cell gro up decrease obviously when comparing with bladder epithelial cell+T cell group a nd T cell group individually(P0.01);2.There was a positive correlation b etween the NF-κB activity and the proliferation of T cell(Pearson correlation coefficient=0.744,P0.001,n=60).Conclusion:EJ and T24 can inhibit T cell function by decreasing NF-κB activity of T cell in vitro.
