Abstract:The application of multithreading technology can develop better parallel particular task and improve the performance of automatic control system.It has an obvious advantage in avoiding barrage,reducing running time and so on.This paper builds a communication program in use of multithreading technology based on LabWindows/CVI.It has an obvious improvement on the barrage in communication between serial port and the numeric control system.

Abstract:In light of disadvantages of serial communication in real time and using of system resource,the idea of serial communication design based multi-thread and MSComm is presented.The joint of the serial communication mechanism and self-defined message multi-thread,and MSComm that is operated conveniently and steady and reliable are employed in achievement to the idea.The way to 32-bits operation system data acquisition software is analyzed.The data acquisition software of vibration signal of engine is implemented in Visual C++6.0.And the idea of design and key step of programming and its implemented segment code are presented.The software has been developed successfully in data acquisition of vibration signal of engine.The foundation of extract of the fault features is founded well in the future.

Abstract:In this paper, a multi-node data acquisition and analysis system for the development of AT ECU (electronic control unit)is designed. The system acquires data from each node on the bus and sends the data to PC through CAN card, while designing data display, storage and analysis system on PC through LabVIEW8.6 platform in order to monitor control signals and state parameters of the automatic transmission in real-time. This system can improve the efficiency of data processing and shorten the development cycle for ECU by analyzing the data acquired. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract:Data acquisition and processing software of the spectrometer system for linear array CCD ( Charge Coupled Device) is introduced in this paper, which is analyzed and designed by UML( Unified Modeling Lan-guage) .In this design, multi-threading technology is used to record and process data in parallel and real-time, and ping-ponging buffer is used to synchronize data acquisition and data processing.Cypress′s USB driver is used to communicate between PC and spectrometer system including sending commands and receiving data.The data acquisition software is able to satisfy the requirements of the real-time data recording and dis-playing.

Abstract:Based on LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument software and RTX real-time system platform,a high-speed cam test system is designed to research the dynamic problems of high-speed cam gear,which utilizes industrial personal computer(IPC) and data acquisition card as the main hardware.This system makes good use of RTX real-time system to acquire data,sampling period of which can reach 0.1 ms,and takes advantage of virtual instrument to analyze,display and save data,which is developed by LabWindows/CVI.By means of testing and evaluation of the system,it is stable,reliable and provides an effective experimental tool to research the dynamic performance of high-speed cam gear.

Abstract:Based on the PC-DAQ hardware structure and LabVIEW graphical development language,an application of multi-channels virtual oscillographic recorder is presented in order to realize the low cost of signal collection,display and record.By using the technology of dynamic calling and case structure,reading and writing for the attribute node of LabVIEW functions,an oscillographic recorder can be implemented,which can realize multi-channels simultaneous measurement,real-time display and waveform record & reappearance.At the same time,powerful function of multi-cursors synchronous measurement,waveform rolling and waveform calculation can be also supplied.Test results show that,this multi-channels virtual oscillographic record system is a reliable low-cost solution which can obtain accurate test data and work friendly.

Abstract:With mscomm serial control technique in Windows XP under Visual C++6.0,a multichannel data circulatory real time acqui-sition system is developed.In the system,Personal computer and ADLINK intelligent data acquisition modules of ND-6017 and ND-6520 are the key hardware.Communication between supervisory controller and low-level controller is achieved.The system not only has the ability to deal with single channel data acquisition,display and storage but also can deal with twin-channel,four-channel and eight-channel data circulatory acquisition and separate storage.Moreover,redundancy design is made for twin-channel and four-channel data circulatory acquisition.

Abstract:Reliability and real-time ability are the most important factors for multi-channel array data acquisition system.The software and hardware design of the multi-channel array data acquisition system based on CRIO technique is described in detail.High speed channel switching and data acquisition are achieved by CRIO technique,meanwhile multi-channel array data is analyzed and processed.The real-time variation of array data is reflected through 3D surface graph.Experimental results indicate that the system has high reliability and stability,640 channels can be achieved by 10 ms.

Abstract:A testing software for a kind of multi-serial ports intelligent card to test its communication performance is designed.The testing system is developed by the software LabWindows/CVI which always being used as the virtual instrument development tool for its powerful function.Most of the existent serial ports testing software can not communicate by more than one port at the same time,or read or write even a byte to the card memory.But this design can easily solve the problem.It tests the communication performance of the multi-serial ports card accurately and objectively.Simultaneously,a new method is provided to simplify programs.
