Abstract:For the greater request of PDMS's security,static and dynamic data security model was presented,which realizes full-scale and partial security management pattern and the strict control of the database.For the new object,gene heredity based property inheritance model was given to speedup the course of security management.For the security of the net,cipher and digital signature were used to insure the integrality and secrecy during the data transmission.The PDMS's security was controlled roundly.

Abstract:In April 2016, a community of researchers working in the area of Principles of Data Management (PDM) joined in the Dagstuhl Castle in Germany for a workshop organized jointly by the Executive Committee of the ACM Symposium on Principles of Database Systems (PODS) and the Council of the International Conference on Database Theory (ICDT). The mission of this workshop was to identify and explore some of the most important research directions that have high relevance to society and to Computer Science today, and where the PDM community has the potential to make significant contributions. This report describes the family of research directions that the workshop focused on from three perspectives: potential practical relevance, results already obtained, and research questions that appear surmountable in the short and medium term. Abstract:Due to advances in computing and communication technologies, there has been a growing interest in cyberphysical systems (CPS). These are systems where physical devices are monitored/controlled via embedded computers and networks. By exploiting sensing, computation, and networking capabilities, CPS are paving the way for a new generation of engineering systems, which enable automatic decision‐making processes in fields ranging from customized manufacturing and transportation to health care and energy. Integration of information technology methods with a physical system such as a power grid, transportation system, and supply chain to form a “smart” infrastructure holds the promise of greater efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. However, any such coupling introduces privacy and security issues. The “systems and control” community has contributed to the CPS agenda, addressing issues like estimation, control, and coordination under information constraints. Abstract:Over the past decade, computing power has increased, new sensing technologies have been developed, and our understanding of how we interact with the earth has evolved, leading to new opportunities and priorities in geophysical research. These changes have been more rapid in some areas than others, and new topics have emerged as well. It is challenging for geophysicists, including junior staff and undergraduates starting their geophysics journeys, to stay abreast of scientific and industrial trends. Thus, the Early Career Subcommittee of the SEG Research Committee (RC) thought it imperative to survey members of the RC in 2022. To that end, a survey was conducted, and responses were collected from 43 RC members.

Abstract:Security conferences are important venues at which academics and practitioners share knowledge about new attacks and state-of-the-art defenses. Despite this, researchers have not studied who shares information and about which security topics. To address this, our study characterizes the speakers, sponsors, and topics presented at the most prestigious academic and industry conferences. We collect a longitudinal data set that contains 9,728 abstracts and 1,686 sponsors across 4 academic and 6 industry conferences. There is limited knowledge sharing between industry and academia. Conferences vary significantly in the equality of how talks/authorship is distributed across individuals. The topics of academic and industry abstracts display consistent coverage of techniques within the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Top tier academic conferences, as well as DEFCON and Black Hat, inconsistently address the governance, response and recovery functions of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Commercial InfoSec and insurance conferences (RSA, Gartner, Advisen and NetDillgience) cover the framework more consistently. Prevention and detection remain the most common topic of talks, with no clear temporal trend.

Abstract:The partial discharge (PD) measurement is a sensitive method for testing and monitoring the insulation condition of HV apparatus. Digital PD measurements have become state of the art. Computer-based PD diagnostic systems nowadays can be used to increase the reliability of modern gas-insulated system (GIS). Also on-line monitoring of HV equipment is becoming increasingly important to enable prevention of a sudden breakdown of PD affected components. On-line monitoring must be done on-site, but an important problem of on-site PD measurement is the superposition of PD data and interference. Furthermore, reliable recognition of the type or nature of the insulation defect is necessary for any risk assessment. Traditionally, this is achieved with reference to expert knowledge. An alternative approach is presented in this paper, which treats the fundamentals of automated computer-based PD diagnosis, taking into account that successful noise suppression is essential for a successful on-site diagnosis.
