Therapeutic Effect of Paclitaxel Liposome Combined with Nedaplatin on Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effect of paclitaxel liposome combined with nedaplat on patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 74 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated by paclitaxel liposome combined with nedaplat,and patients in control group were treated by paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin.Every 21 days was one cycle,after 2 cycles of chemotherapy evaluated the therapeutic effect and side effect of both groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 40.54%,the total effective rate of control group was 43.24%,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).The major adverse effects were leukopenia followed by vomitus and rash.The incidences of all adverse effects were no significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome and nedaplat is an effective treatment regimen for NSCLC patients.
