Abstract:As modal shape is the major parameter to judge the dynamic features of buildings,it takes the method of modal shape square to locate damage.Meanwhile,it analyses the influence of structural damage to frequency and modal shape,and finds the relation between structural damage and dynamic features,which is a reference for the location of structural damage.
