When the spatial dimensions are three ,we prove the existence of global small solution for the Cauchy problem of general coupled Maxwell-Schrodinger equations under Lorentz gauge.

Abstract:Consider a quasi-linear system of two Klein–Gordon equations with masses m1, m2. We prove that when m1≠2m2 and m2≠2m1, such a system has global solutions for small, smooth, compactly supported Cauchy data. This extends a result proved by Sunagawa (J. Differential Equations 192 (2) (2003) 308) in the semi-linear case. Moreover, we show that global existence holds true also when m1=2m2 and a convenient null condition is satisfied by the nonlinearities.

Abstract:Infinity, and the nonlinearity vanishes at least at order 2 at 0, it is well known that T epsilon = +infinity for a small enough. The aim of this gaper is to show that if one assumes only a weak decay of the Cauchy data at infinity, one has a lower bound T-epsilon greater than or equal to cexp(c epsilon (-u)) (mu = 2/3 if d = 2, mu = 1 if d greater than or equal to 3) when the nonlinearity satisfies a convenient "null condition".

Abstract:In this paper we prove a global existence result for nonlinear Klein–Gordon equations in infinite homogeneous waveguides, R×M, with smooth small data, where M=(M,g) is a Zoll manifold, or a compact revolution hypersurface. The method is based on normal forms, eigenfunction expansion and the special distribution of eigenvalues of the Laplace–Beltrami on such manifolds.

Abstract:On the three dimensional Euclidean space, for data with finite energy, it is well-known that the Maxwell-Klein-Gordon equations admit global solutions. However, the asymptotic behaviours of the solutions for the data with non-vanishing charge and arbitrary large size are unknown. It is conjectured that the solutions disperse as linear waves and enjoy the so-called peeling properties for pointwise estimates. We provide a gauge independent proof of the conjecture.

Abstract:By considering a general form of the Landau-Lifshitz equation under the influence of a homogeneous external magnetic fields, we prove that for a ferromagnetic body which occupies a bounded domain Ω in ℝ3 there exists a global weak solution either for the Dirichlet problem or for the Neumann problem. Although there is, in general, non-uniqueness result for the Landau-Lifshitz equation, the uniqueness result for the dynamic equation with constant initial data, which connects with the ground state of the magnetization in physical meanings, is pointed out.

Abstract:We derive the global dynamic properties of the mMKG system (Maxwell coupled with a massive Klein-Gordon scalar field) with a general class of data, in particular, for Maxwell field of arbitrary size, and by a gauge independent method. Due to the critical slow decay expected for the Maxwell field, the scalar field exhibits a loss of decay at the causal infinities within an outgoing null cone. To overcome the difficulty caused by such loss in the energy propagation, we uncover a hidden cancellation contributed by the Maxwell equation, which enables us to obtain the sharp control of the Maxwell field under a rather low regularity assumption on data. Our method can be applied to other physical field equations, such as the Einstein equations for which a similar cancellation structure can be observed.

Abstract: It has been shown in [Yang-Yu 2019] that general large solutions to the Cauchy problem for the Maxwell-Klein-Gordon system (MKG) in the Minkowski space $\mathbb{R}^{1+3}$ decay like linear solutions. One hence can define the associated radiation field on the future null infinity as the limit of $(r\underline{\alpha}, r\phi)$ along the out going null geodesics. In this paper, we show the existence of a global solution to the MKG system which scatters to any given sufficiently localized radiation field with arbitrarily large size and total charge. The result follows by studying the characteristic initial value problem for the MKG system with general large data by using gauge invariant vector field method. We in particular extend the small data result of He in \cite{MR4299134} to a class of general large data.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the (1+3) dimensional massive Maxwell-Dirac system in the context of global existence and asymptotic behavior of solutions under the Lorenz gauge condition, as well as the modified and linear scattering phenomena for the Dirac spinor and the electromagnetic potential, respectively. We employ a vector fields energy method combined with a detailed analysis of the space-time resonance argument. This approach allows us to establish decay estimates and energy bounds crucial for proving the main theorems. Especially, we provide the explicit phase correction arising from the strong nonlinear resonances.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the quantum MHD equations with both the viscosity coefficient and the magnetic diffusion coefficient are depend on the density. we prove the global existence of weak solutions and perform the lower planck limit in a 3-dimensional torus for large initial data. The global existence is shown by using Faedo-Galerkin method and weak compactness techniques for the adiabatic exponent $\gamma>1$.

Abstract:In this paper, we prove the global well-posedness property of charge critical Dirac-Klein-Gordon (DKG) system in $\mathbb{R}^{3+1}$ for small initial data in a space of scale invariant data which has extra weighted regularity in the angular variables. Therefore, by finite speed propagation, we could also derive the local well-posedness property for large initial data in the same space. To author's knowledge, our result appears to be the first result on the critical 3D DKG.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the following Schrödinger-Maxwell type equation with critical exponent where the function K satisfies the assumption , and stands for the standard convolution. We first derived the non-degeneracy result for the critical Schrödinger-Maxwell equation. Then, as an application, we proved that problem Eq. (0.1) admits infinitely many non-radial positive solutions with arbitrary large energy. We believe that the various new ideas and technique computations that we used in this paper would be useful to deal with other related elliptic problems involving convolution nonlinear terms.

Abstract:It has been shown in the author's companion paper that solutions of Maxwell-Klein-Gordon equations in $\mathbb{R}^{3+1}$ possess some form of global strong decay properties with data bounded in some weighted energy space. In this paper, we prove pointwise decay estimates for the solutions for the case when the initial data are merely small on the scalar field but can be arbitrarily large on the Maxwell field. This extends the previous result of Lindblad-Sterbenz \cite{LindbladMKG}, in which smallness was assumed both for the scalar field and the Maxwell field.

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to establish the existence and multiplicity of bounded state solutions for a critical ( p ( x ), q ( x ))-curl system which arises in electromagnetism. The existence of nontrivial bounded state solutions is first obtained by applying the mountain pass lemma. Then the existence of ground state solutions is studied by restricting the analysis to the Nehari manifold. Furthermore, under some suitable assumptions, we prove that the mountain pass solution is actually a ground state solution. Finally, the existence of infinitely many solutions is investigated by using the genus theory combined with a truncated argument. The results obtained in this paper develop and complement several contributions concerning the p -curl operator and we focus on new existence results which are due to the presence of nonhomogeneous ( p ( x ), q ( x ))-curl operator and critical nonlinearity. To the best of our knowledge, our results are new even in the semilinear case.

Abstract:We follow the idea of Wang \cite{W} to show the existence of global weak solutions to the Cauchy problems of Landau-Lifshtiz type equations and related heat flows from a $n$-dimensional Euclidean domain $\Om$ or a $n$-dimensional closed Riemannian manifold $M$ into a 2-dimensional unit sphere $\U^{2}$. Our conclusions extend a series of related results obtained in the previous literature.

Abstract:In this paper, we prove global well-posedness of the massless Maxwell-Dirac equation in Coulomb gauge on $\mathbb{R}^{1+d}$ $(d \geq 4)$ for data with small scale-critical Sobolev norm, as well as modified scattering of the solutions. Main components of our proof are A) uncovering null structure of Maxwell-Dirac in the Coulomb gauge, and B) proving solvability of the underlying covariant Dirac equation. A key step for achieving both is to exploit (and justify) a deep analogy between Maxwell-Dirac and Maxwell-Klein-Gordon (for which an analogous result was proved earlier by Krieger-Sterbenz-Tataru), which says that the most difficult part of Maxwell-Dirac takes essentially the same form as Maxwell-Klein-Gordon.

Abstract:We consider general semilinear, multispeed Klein-Gordon systems in space dimension two with some non-degeneracy conditions. We prove that with small initial data such solutions are always global and scatter to a linear solution. This result partly extends the previous result obtained by Deng, who completely proved the 3D quasilinear case. To prove our result, we mainly work on Fourier side and explore the contribution from the vicinity of space-time resonaonce.

Abstract:We investigate the Cauchy problem of the one dimensional Maxwell-Schrödinger (MS) system under the Lorenz gauge condition. Different from the classical case, we consider the electromagnetic and electrostatic potentials which are growing at space infinity. More precisely, the electrostatic potential is allowed to grow linearly, while for the electromagnetic potential the growth is sublinear. Based on the energy estimates and the gauge transformation, we prove the global existence and the uniqueness of the weak solutions to this system.

Abstract:It was proved that Euler–Maxwell systems converge globally-in-time to Euler–Poisson systems near non-constant equilibrium states when the speed of light c→∞ . In this paper, we establish the global-in-time error estimates between smooth solutions of Euler–Maxwell systems and those of Euler–Poisson systems near non-constant equilibrium states. The main difficulty lies in the singularity of the error variable for the electric field E , so that more careful estimates for the time derivatives of error variables should be established. The proof takes good advantage of the anti-symmetric structure of the error system and an induction argument on the order of the derivatives.
