Abstract:The framework for resource planning of service-oriented manufacturing was studied in this paper.Therefore following new resource planning issues need to be studied under service manufacturing mode:the forecasting including the impact of customer participation and experiences;services and materials comprehensive requirements planning based on service modularity and material requirements planning;planning and scheduling problems considering customer participation and experiences,and other customer behaviors,and,specially,online scheduling influenced by the results of customer participation and experiences.
