Abstract:Ethics,as a subject,has the feature of permeability,its mission is to educate people,make human relation orderly,and make people settle for the orderly state;it is necessary and possible for ethics to be promoted to the first level discipline so as to obtain more support and understanding of people,governments and society;its development should take on a dumbbell-shaped pattern,namely corresponding ethics curriculum should be offered in every discipline and specialty,the number of the master degree station of ethics should be reduced and atrophied,while the number of doctoral degree station of ethics should be increased;the way of lifting grade in football league system should be introduced in the academic degree construction,two way conveyance.
