Abstract:Objective . Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma comprises less than 1% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It is rare in Western countries but is common in East Asia and Central and South America. The pathological features are angiocentricity /angioinvasion and significant tissue necrosis. Case Presentation . A 72-year-old woman was diagnosed with primary breast extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma. The patient presented with a painless right breast tumor and had uneven internal echo and strip blood flow signal on breast ultrasonography. After right breast tumor resection, the pathological diagnosis was extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma. Despite receiving CHOP chemotherapy, the patient died of lymphoma and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome 27 months after diagnosis. Conclusion . Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma with breast tissue as the primary site is very rare. The disease is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and diagnosis by ultrasound is difficult, so pathological examination after biopsy is particularly important.
Primary breast T-cell lymphoma, unspecified, treated with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation: A case report and literature review.

Abstract:The current study presents a case of primary T-cell lymphoma (PTBL), unspecified, in a 27-year-old female. The patient received chemotherapy [cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, vindesine and prednisolone (CHOP) and VP-16 plus CHOP (ECHOP)] and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation, however, relapse occurred rapidly. The recurrent tumor exhibited increased levels of karyopyknosis and nuclear fragmentation and a higher Ki67 index compared with the primary tumor. No response to subsequent chemotherapy, including ECHOP and gemcitabine, dexamethasone and cisplatin, was observed. The patient succumbed to PTBL, unspecified, 18 months after the diagnosis. We hypothesize that autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is ineffective for PTBL.

Abstract:Extranodal nasal-type natural killer/T-cell lymphoma presenting in skin, either primary or secondary, is relatively rare in China, accounting for about 4.1% of tumors. The clinicopathologic features of the neoplasm are still poorly understood. Sixteen Chinese cases of cutaneous natural killer/T-cell lymphomas were investigated retrospectively by pathology, immunophenotype, genotype, Epstein-Barr virus status, and survival analysis. The mean age of the patients was 36.3 years; 81% of the patients presented with multiple cutaneous lesions. Angiocentricity and epidermotropism were observed in 43.7% and 25%, respectively; the average number of mitoses was 12 per 10 high-power fields. The neoplastic cells of all 16 cases were positive for CD3varepsilon/CD45RO and granzyme B and negative for CD4, CD5, CD8, and CD20; 87.5% of the tumors expressed CD56. Signals for EBER were detected in 81.3% of cases. No clonal TCRgamma/TCRbeta gene rearrangement was demonstrated. Thirteen of 15 patients received chemotherapy; a partial response was achieved in 10 patients; 10 (66.7%) of 15 patients died of the disease, and the average survival time was 6.6 months. In conclusion, both primary and secondary cutaneous natural killer/T-cell lymphomas are highly aggressive. The outcome is closely related to the number and distribution of the lesions as well as the stage. In patients with generalized skin lesions and extracutaneous involvement, the prognosis usually is poor.
Case Report: Primary Mediastinal Large B-Cell Lymphoma Invasion of Extranodal Thyroid Tissue Mimicking Tuberculosis and Confounded by Similar Ultrasonic Appearance

Abstract:BackgroundPrimary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL) is a rare type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, which has significant features that overlap with those of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Ultrasound is a commonly used modality to characterize superficial lymph no5des, and ultrasonic findings are often used to distinguish lymphoma from lymph node tuberculosis in daily clinical practice. Although a common malignancy, lymphoma rarely involves extranodal tissues. Case PresentationHere we report the case of a 42-year-old Chinese male patient with PMBCL who was misdiagnosed with tuberculosis because of extranodal invasion. He visited our hospital for a neck mass that he had been noting for 1 week. Ultrasound revealed multiple enlarged lymph nodes on both sides of the neck. The lesions appeared to involve the surrounding soft tissue and thyroid gland, resembling a tuberculous sinus tract formation. Cervical spine computed tomography showed no obvious abnormalities in the cervical cone or bone damage. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound indicated that one of the enlarged lymph nodes in the right neck was rich in blood supply and exhibited centripetal enhancement, with uniform high enhancement at the peak. The patient underwent two ultrasound-guided punctures; the first puncture was performed for an enlarged lymph node in the right neck at Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital. Hodgkin's lymphoma was suspected based on pathological and immunohistochemical findings, whereas a rare type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was suspected at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital. ConclusionsLymphoma is often misdiagnosed, causing delayed treatment initiation and affecting patient outcomes as the disease progresses. The present case demonstrates that the ultrasonic appearance of lymphoma may sometimes be confused with that of tuberculosis. Although ultrasound-guided needle biopsy has a high diagnostic accuracy, it may also cause diagnostic deviation because of insufficient sampling volume. Moreover, owing to the enlargement of multiple lymph nodes due to lymphoma or lymph node tuberculosis, puncturing different lymph nodes may provide different results.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To describe the clinical and pathological features of primary NK/T cell lymphoma of the lung.METHODS:Two cases of primary NK/T cell lymphoma of the lung were reported, and the clinical, radiological and pathological characteristics of the disease were discussed with literature review of 3 cases.RESULTS:Most patients presented with fever, cough and dyspnea, and antibiotics were ineffective. Radiographic findings included solitary or multiple nodules and consolidation, unilateral orbilateral pleural effusions (4/5), without hilar or mediastinal adenopathy. Ebstein-Barr virus was positive in cases patients (3/5). Histopathology revealed a great deal of abnormal lymphocyte infiltration, which were angio-centric with marked tissue putrescence and angio-destruction. Immunophenotyping showed CD56(+), CD3(+), perform (+), T-cell intracytoplasmic antigen-1(+) and/or GranB(+), but CD20(-). Most patients died of respiratory failure in half a year (4/5).CONCLUSION:Primary NK/T cell lymphoma of the lung is rare, but should be considered when patients present with lung shadows and fever non-responsive to antibiotics, decreased WBC and increased LDH.

Abstract:Abstract Background We present a unique case of primary breast CD20-positive extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma with stomach involvement in a young Chinese female patient. Case presentation The patient presented with a mass in her right breast that rapidly increased in size over approximately 2 months. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy showed a giant serpentine ulcer in the stomach. Biopsy was performed, and microscopic inspection revealed that the fibrous tissue was diffusely involved by medium to large abnormal lymphocytes. The cytoplasm was low to moderate. The tumor cells had irregular nuclei and inconspicuous nucleoli. The lymphoid cells were strongly immunoreactive to CD20, CD3, CD4, CD56, TIA-1, EBER, and Ki-67 (90%). Epstein-Barr virus genomes were also found in tumor cells by in situ hybridization. A whole-body positron emission tomography (PET)-CT scan revealed intense FDG uptake in the right breast and greater curvature of the stomach. Monoclonal rearrangements of the T cell receptor (TCR-γ) and immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) were identified by genetic analysis. Whole-genome next-generation sequencing was performed, and up to 12 gene mutations, including a frameshift mutation in exon 4 of the BCOR (G97Rfs*87; 44.3%) gene and a base substitution mutation (Q61H 17.6%) in exon 3 of the KRAS gene, were detected. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analyses were performed using the database for annotation, visualization, and integrated discovery, which showed that rare primary breast CD20-positive extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma had a unique genetic background compared with diffuse large B cell lymphoma and extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma without CD20 expression. The patient received four cycles of the modified SMILE regimen. The second whole-body PET-CT scan revealed that the right breast mass was significantly smaller than before; additionally, FDG uptake in the stomach wall disappeared. Conclusions Systemic examination, extensive immunohistochemistry, and molecular profiling are essential for an accurate diagnosis. More similar cases are required to clarify the biological pathways and even the potential molecular mechanisms of rare lymphomas, which may help direct further treatment.

Abstract:Natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphomas represent a rare type of lymphoma derived from either activated NK cells or, rarely, cytotoxic T cells. These lesions are most commonly extranodal and tend to present as destructive lesions within the midline facial structures. Other than the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, several other extranodal sites of involvement have been reported, including the pharynx, gastrointestinal tract, and testis. Although secondary involvement of the central nervous system has been reported, a convincing case of primary brain NK/T-cell lymphoma has not been previously reported. Here, we report a case of primary brain lymphoma of NK/T-cell type with a characteristic phenotype expressing CD3epsilon, CD56, granzyme B, Epstein-Barr virus-encoded small nuclear RNAs, with germline T-cell receptor gene configuration, and showing an unusual intravascular component. The patient underwent extensive imaging studies, revealing only the brain lesion. The lymphoma failed to respond to therapy and the patient eventually died after transfer to a hospice facility. This unusual case highlights an unusual presentation of a rare disease entity and highlights the need for a better understanding of the biology and treatment of T-cell lymphomas.

Identification of Genuine Primary Pulmonary NK Cell Lymphoma Via Clinicopathologic Observation and Clonality Assay.

Abstract:Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type, is an uncommon lymphoma associated with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It most commonly involves the nasal cavity and upper respiratory tract. Primary pulmonary NK/T cell lymphoma is extremely rare. If a patient with a NK or T-cell tumor has an unusual reaction to treatment or an unusual prognosis, it is wise to differentiate NK from T-cell tumors. The clinicopathologic characteristics, immunophenotype, EBV in situ hybridization, and T cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangement of primary pulmonary NK cell lymphoma from a 73-year-old Chinese woman were investigated and the clonal status was determined using female X-chromosomal inactivation mosaicism and polymorphisms at the phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) gene. The lesion showed the typical histopathologic characteristics and immunohistochemical features of NK/T cell lymphoma. However, the sample was negative for TCR gene rearrangement. A clonality assay demonstrated that the lesion was monoclonal. It is concluded that this is the first recorded case of genuine primary pulmonary NK cell lymphoma. The purpose of the present work is to recommend that pathologists carefully investigate the whole lesion to reduce the likelihood that primary pulmonary NK cell lymphoma will be misdiagnosed as an infectious lesion. First report of primary pancreatic natural killer/T-cell nasal type lymphoma.

Abstract:BACKGROUND: Primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) is an extremely rare form of extranodal malignant lymphoma and pancreatic tumour. Natural killer/T-cell lymphoma is an aggressive rare form extranodal lymphoma with a predilection for the nasal cavity/nasopharynx, it can arise in other organs such as skin, testicles, spleen, adrenal, or GI tract, but the initial presentation of our patient in the pancreas is unreported. CASE PRESENTATION: We present a case of primary pancreatic natural killer/T-cell nasal type lymphoma in a 62-year-old man. The presenting symptoms were non-specific only for upper abdominal pain and weight loss. Imaging techniques showed the lesion was located in the head of pancreas. Computed tomography (CT) scanning and otorhinolaryngology examination were negative for nasopharyngeal lymphoma. The initial concern was for pancreatic tumor and the patient underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy. The diagnosis of primary pancreatic natural killer/T-cell nasal type lymphoma was established as the combination of NK-lineage antigens (TIA-1, granzyme B, CD56) with EBV-expression. CONCLUSIONS: This is the first case of primary pancreatic natural killer (NK)/T-cell nasal type lymphoma. PPL, although a rare pathologic entity, should be considered in the differential diagnosis for a large homogeneous mass with extra-pancreatic extension in the head especially in those of normal serum CA 19-9 level.
Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma of the breast: a retrospective clinicopathological analysis of a consecutive 11-year case series

Abstract:Background: Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma of the breast (ENKTL-Breast) is rarely detected in clinical practice, and its clinicopathological features remain unclear. Results: A consecutive 11-year (2010-2020) ENKTL-Breast case series was retrospectively analyzed. Eight cases of ENKTL-Breast were selected, with three primary and five secondary lesions, accounting for 3.5% (8/228) of all breast lymphomas. All patients were female with a median age of 46 years. Lesions presented as solid breast masses (8/8, 100%) and were usually located in the upper outer quadrant of the breast (7/8, 87.5%). B-symptoms were observed in seven (7/8, 87.5%) cases. Two primary ENKTL-Breast cases showed concomitant diseases (IgA nephropathy and chronic active hepatitis B). Histological and immunohistochemical features of ENKTL-Breast were similar to those of ENKTL at other sites. T-cell receptor rearrangement revealed clonality in all examined primary cases (2/2, 100%), but only in one secondary case (1/5, 20%). The disease progressed rapidly in two primary cases and both patients died within 3 and 9 months. For secondary cases, the disease manifested as a disseminated disease, with a median survival time of 6 months. Conclusions: Our data suggested that ENKTL-Breast clinically mimics breast cancer to some extent, though B-symptoms might serve as a distinguishing factor. ENKTL-Breast is highly aggressive and patients with this disease exhibit a short survival time. Primary ENKTL-Breast tends to originate from activated cytotoxic T-cells, and immune-related diseases may be involved in its pathogenesis and development.
Primary vitreoretinal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma with breast involvement: A case report and review of the literature

Abstract:A 50-year-old woman developed recurrent vitreous opacities in her left eye. The first diagnostic vitrectomy revealed no significant abnormality. Optical coherence tomography showed multiple high-density reflective nodules. The ratio of interleukin-6 to interleukin-10 was over 1 in her aqueous humor, and Epstein-Barr virus was present. A conventional immunohistochemistry examination of vitrectomy specimens was diffusely positive for CD2, CD3, and Ki-67. Highly metabolic nodules were found in her right breast on positron emission tomography-computed tomography scan. Immunohistochemistry of the breast biopsy was suggestive of natural killer/T-cell lymphoma. Considering the homology between the two lesions, combined with ancillary cytokine, cytology, and flow cytometry findings, the final diagnosis was primary vitreoretinal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma with involvement of the breast. The lymphoma resolved with chemotherapy, intravitreal injection of methotrexate, and ocular radiotherapy. This case shows that primary vitreoretinal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma can present with concomitant systemic involvement. We reviewed relevant published literature and summarized some new approaches that make the diagnosis easier and faster; however, the cytopathologic analysis of intraocular fluid is irreplaceable. An effective treatment strategy is still a matter of speculation.

Primary Breast Lymphoma: A Case Report of a Common Tumor in an Uncommon Location

Abstract:Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a rare malignant lymphoid neoplasm limited to the breast, accounting for about 0.15% of all malignant breast tumors and 1.7% to 2.2% of extra-nodal lymphomas. PBL must be distinguished from conventional breast carcinomas due to different therapeutic approaches. A 25-year-old female presented with a left breast mass. Histopathology and immunohistochemical tests confirmed the diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). She had no similar lesions elsewhere in the body. She received 1 cycle of R-CHOP chemotherapy but absconded from the treatment and succumbed afterward while at home. Recent developments in DLBCL treatment have greatly improved patient outcomes by incorporating targeted medicines like rituximab, increased chemotherapy regimens, new drugs, and individualized treatment techniques. PBL appears to have a worse prognosis; thus, delay or abscondment from treatment is of serious concern when it comes to improving the prognosis of patients with PBL.
Primary breast lymphoma mimicking triple-negative breast cancer: a case report with clinical and pathological implications

Abstract:Background: Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a rare type of extranodal lymphoma, the diagnostic process for which presents significant challenges owing to an overlap in clinical and pathological features with those observed in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). However, the current literature reveals a paucity of information regarding the ramifications of potential diagnostic errors, particularly in the context of emergent therapeutic strategies for TNBC. Thus, we present a unique report of a case of PBL. Case presentation: A 76-year-old female with no past medical or family history presented to the hospital with the chief complaint of a mass in the right breast. Two masses were palpated in the right breast: one 56 mm mass (No. 1) located at 10 o'clock, and a 21 mm large, elastic, hard mass (No. 2) at 4 o'clock. Needle biopsy was performed only on the larger 56 mm mass (No. 1). The results showed invasive carcinoma that was negative for estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2. The preoperative diagnosis was right breast cancer (T3N0M0 Stage IIB) of the TNBC subtype. The patient refused the preoperative chemotherapy recommended by the treatment team; therefore, right breast mastectomy and sentinel lymph-node biopsy were performed instead. The histopathological diagnosis of the first mass was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); that of the second mass (No. 2) was an invasive breast carcinoma of no special type. Postoperative treatment consisted of endocrine therapy (letrozole) for breast cancer, while the DLBCL was treated with chemotherapy and three courses of intrathecal chemotherapy. At the time of this report, the patient is still living, and neither tumor had recurred in the 2 years following surgery. Conclusions: On rare occasions, PBL can preoperatively mimic TNBC. While this case did not lead to serious consequences, because surgery was eventually selected as the first therapy, clinicians should be aware that the diagnosis of PBL is challenging using only a core-needle biopsy and can often be misdiagnosed as TNBC.

Abstract:AimsPrimay spleen NK/T cell lymphoma is very rare. We report a case of 39-years-old male of primary splenic NK/T cell lymphoma with bone marrow involvement and CD30 positive expression.Case descriptionThe patient had high fever for 2 months, and CT scan revealed a diffuse splenomegaly without hepatomegaly. The diagnosis was established by splenectomy specimen and bone marrow biopsy. Normal spleen structure was destroyed by the diffusely infiltrated neoplastic cells, and one of the splenic hilar lymph nodes was involved. The lymphomatous cells were mainly medium-sized, mixed with small and large cells with pleomorphic nuclei and conspicuous nucleoli. Angiocentric growth pattern was present, with mitotic figures and apoptotic bodies easily being found. These neoplastic cells demonstrated a typical immunophenotype of CD2, CD3ε, CD7, CD4, CD56, TIA-1, Granzyme B, CD30 positive, and CD5, CD8, CD20, CD79a negative. The Epstein-Barr virus encoded RNAs (EBERs) genomes were also found in tumor cells by in situ hybridization, while no clonal rearrangement of the T cell receptor-γ genes (TCRG) was found. Biopsy of bone marrow revealed scattered atypical cells presented with a predominantly intrasinusoidal distribution. A diagnosis as primary spleen NK/T cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL) with CD30 expression and bone marrow involvement was finally made. Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features of primary breast lymphoma (PBL) and to appraise the diagnotic method, therapeutics and prognostic factors. Methods The clinical and pathological records of 11 PBL patients admitted in Xinhua hospital from Augast 1985 to Augast 2005 were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results 11 patients with median age of 52 years. Began with painless breast mass and confirmed pathologi- cally as B-cell non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). The median follow-up period of 8 patients with stageⅠ_E was 49 months (29-138 months) and the median follow-up of 3 patients with stageⅡ_E was 20 months (6-53 months). 11 patients were taken mastectomy combined with chemotherapy including 5 with chemoradiotherapy and 6 relapsed of which the median recurrence period was 21 months (16-36 months) involving three of central nervous System (CNS) recurrensce with none alive and the 3 replapsed ipsilaterally and contralaterally. The overall 3-year and 5 year survival rates were 63.6% and 50.9%. Conclusion The clinical and imaging features of PBL are not characteris- tic, the diagnosis mainly relies on histopathology and immunohistochemistry. The majority of PBL is of B-cell origin with high incidence of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma prossessin a higher probability of CNS relapse, 27. 3% (3/11), and thus CNS preventive treatment should be given simultaneously.

Abstract:BACKGROUND Extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL) are low-grade B-cell lymphomas and the breast is not a common site for this condition. This case report describes a 62-year-old woman with a primary NHL and ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the left breast diagnosed by a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-guided vacuum-assisted breast biopsy. The simultaneous diagnosis of breast cancer and NHL is rare, with few cases described in the literature. Primary breast lymphomas account only for 0.04% to 0.5% of breast malignancies. CASE REPORT In November 2016, a 62-year-old woman was treated for a peripheral T-cell lymphoma (follicular helper T-cell phenotype) of the left upper central breast; later she underwent periodic breast imaging follow-ups. In October 2018, MRI revealed a focal 33-mm non-mass contrast enhancement (according to the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System -MRI lexicon of the American College of Radiology) in the lower external quadrant of the left breast. Neither mammography nor ultrasonography demonstrated any suspicious features. The multidisciplinary medical team performed an MRI-guided vacuum-assisted breast biopsy and the histological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of a DCIS. Subsequently, she underwent surgery resulting in eradication of the disease and has had regular follow-ups, including mammography, ultrasonography, and MRI. CONCLUSIONS This is a rare case of both a primary NHL of the breast and DCIS, which was detected only by MRI. It highlights the role of an MRI-guided vacuum-assisted breast biopsy, which allows an accurate and economic diagnosis in case of suspicious findings on MRI. We recommend the use of MRI in follow-ups for patients with previous breast lymphomas (high-risk patients).

Abstract:Background: Primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) is an exceedingly rare tumor with limited mention in scientific literature. The clinical manifestations of PPL are often nonspecific, making it challenging to distinguish this disease from other pancreatic-related diseases. Chemotherapy remains the primary treatment for these individuals. Case summary: In this case study, we present the clinical details of a 62-year-old woman who initially presented with vomiting, abdominal pain, and dorsal pain. On further evaluation through positron emission tomography-computed tomography, the patient was considered to have a pancreatic head mass. However, subsequent endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) revealed that the patient had pancreatic peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS). There was a substantial decrease in the size of the pancreatic mass after the patient underwent a cycle of chemotherapy comprised of brentuximab vedotin, decitabine, and oxaliplatin (brentuximab vedotin and Gemox). The patient had significant improvement in radiological findings at the end of the first cycle. Conclusion: Primary pancreatic PTCL-NOS is a malignant and heterogeneous lymphoma, in which the clinical manifestations are often nonspecific. It is difficult to diagnose, and the prognosis is poor. Imaging can only be used for auxiliary diagnosis of other diseases. With the help of immunostaining, EUS-FNA could be used to aid in the diagnosis of PPL. After a clear diagnosis, chemotherapy is still the first-line treatment for such patients, and surgical resection is not recommended. A large number of recent studies have shown that the CD30 antibody drug has potential as a therapy for several types of lymphoma. However, identifying new CD30-targeted therapies for different types of lymphoma is urgently needed. In the future, further research on antitumor therapy should be carried out to improve the survival prognosis of such patients.

Abstract:We reported a case of cutaneous NK cell lymphoma. A 63 year-old woman had a solitary tumor on the right side of her back two years ago. Gradually the tumor developed. The biopsy showed dense infiltration of abnormal lymphocytes in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Those abnormal lymphocytes are large and had atypical nuclei and mitosis. Destructive infiltration to blood vessels was not observed. The immunophenotype was positive for CD56 and negative for other T cell and B cell histiocytic markers. The immunogenotype showed germline configurations for immunoglobulin heavy chain gene and T cell receptor gene. In situ hybridization using the anti-sense EBER RNA probe revealed negative. She received radiation and chemotherapy. After these treatments, the tumor sized down and disappered. [Skin Cancer (Japan) 2001; 16: 67-71]

Abstract:A case of subcutaneous nodule as initial presentation of primary cutaneous extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is reported.A 36-year-old man had had a nodule on the right inner thigh for over a month.He was diagnosed with lipoma in other hospital.Recently the nodule grew rapidly in size.Our histopathological and immunopathological examinations supported the diagnosis of primary cutaneous extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma-nasal type.Disease progressed rapidly and shortly afterward ulceration of subcutaneous nodule,erythema,fever and other systemic symptoms developed.The patient was transferred to hematology department and given chemotherapy.The patient is currently under follow-up.
