Abstract:Globally,infertility is a serious health problem affecting about 15％of reproductive age couples according tothe data reported by the World Health Organization.Non-obstructive azoospermia(NOA)is acknowledged as one of the most serious phenotypes of male infer-tility.Approximately 1％of the male population and 10％of infertile men were affected by NOA(Xie et al.,2022).As reported,meiotic ar-rest is one of the major etiologies leading to the NOA.
