Abstract:In order to further clarify the history,clinical symptoms and treatment methods of acute pancreatitis in dogs,the paper retrospected and analyzed 10cases of acute pancreatitis in dogs in our hospital in recent 2years.It was found that there was no significant correlation between the occurrence of acute pancreatitis in dogs in our hospital and the types and ages of dogs,but it was related to the long-term consumption of high-fat meat and the stress from external stimuli.All the dogs suffered from vomiting.The amylase of the dogs（90%,9/10）exceeded the standard.After the treatment of antiemesis,fluid supplement and potassium supplement,80%（8/10）of the patients recovered and had a good prognosis.Through the retrospective analysis of the above cases,we can provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in dogs.
