Abstract:As pointed out in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, “the five years since the 19th CPC National Congress have been a highly unusual and extraordinary five years”. During the five years, the modernization of our sports governance ability and management system further advanced during the series of oportunities and challenges.In the new era and new journey, our country sports governance modernization of the new stage, modernization development adjustment with the times and the path construction, not only to promote the sustainable development of our sports, but also to use sports as the carrier to meet the emotional needs of our citizens, has a positive significance. In the modernization development of the sports governance system in the new era, we should consolidate the core of development, adhere to the development logic, implement sports policies, broaden the governance dimension, and develop competitive sports, mass sports and school sports in a balanced way, so as to promote the steady, coordinated and all-round development of the sports governance system.In the modernization development of sports governance ability, while dialectically learning the relevant experience of other countries to improve their own sports governance ability, we should combine Chinese characteristics and digital technology to improve sports governance ability.In constructing the rule of law approach of the modernization of sports governance in the new era, we should pay more attention to the right of the disadvantaged groups to participate in sports and the improvement and development of the public service system of national fitness.
