Study on Statistical Monitoring and Measurement Indicator System on the Employment Quality of Persons with Disabilities under the Background of Common Prosperity

Abstract:In the context of promoting common prosperity for all people, it is of great significance to promote full and highquality employment for persons with disabilities（PwD）. The statistical monitoring and measurement on the employment quality of PwD is able to provide statistical support for government departments to formulate and implement employment promotion policies. This paper tries to construct the measurement indicator system on the employment quality of PwD, based on the definition of the concept and connotation of the employment quality of PwD, which includes 26 indicators in 5 dimensions（i.e. employment environment, economic security, job adaptation, career development and social integration）. In addition,this paper proposes a path to carrying out the statistical monitoring and measurement practice of employment quality, according to the current government disability statistics and big data application. This paper identifies the connotation of the employment quality of PwD and constructs a measurement indicator system, which provides a reference for the statistical monitoring and measurement practice.
