Abstract:Objective:To observe the changes of decompression injury sensitivity indexes with radiation dose,so as to provide support for establishing the rat model of the combined injury effect of radiation and decompression during submarine escape. Methods:A total of 162 male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:2 Gy,4 Gy,6 Gy,8 Gy dose groups, and control group. Except the control group, the other groups received a single dose of 60Co-γ radiation according to the doses of the grouping. After radiation, the survival and weight changes of rats in each group were observed and recorded, and abdominal aorta blood samples were taken at 3 h,3 d,15 d,and 32 d. The contents of serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF- α,SOD,MDA,GSH-Px,NO,ICAM-1,and TXB2 were detected and evaluated. Results:All the five cases of death occurred in the 8 Gy group. The body weights of the radiation groups were all significantly lower than that of the control group( P<0.05). The contents of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF- α,MDA,NO,and TXB2 increased with the increase of radiation dose and the extension of sampling time. The activity of SOD decreased with the increase of radiation dose, and it increased first and then decreased with the extension of sampling time. The content of GSH-Px decreased with the increase of radiation dose. The content of ICAM-1 decreased with the increase of radiation dose and the extension of sampling time. Conclusion:The indexes of IL-6,IL-1 β,TNF- α,MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,NO,ICAM-1,and TXB2 can be used as evaluation indexes of subsequent radiation injury combined with decompression injury model. The radiation dose of 4-6 Gy can be used in the study of the biological compounding effects of radiation injury combined with decompression injury and the mechanism of injury. The radiation dose of 6-8 Gy can be used to evaluate the impact of radiation damage on the safety of fast buoyancy escape and to preliminarily screen the interventions for radiation injury combined with decompression injury.
