Abstract:From “modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics” to “Chinese path to modernization”,the change is not only in individual words and phrases, but also in the expression of ideas and grammar which are more profound, more thorough and more novel.It shows that the Chinese government, society and intellectual community are determined to get rid of the non-autonomous state of passivity and dependance in terms of the concept, discourse, logic and practice paradigm of modernization in the way they think reasonable based on the position that the public interest and common well-being of the whole mankind are paramount, fundamentally change the unreasonable survival idea and development logic led by enlightenment modernity standing at the height of the creation and practice of the new form of human civilization, and explore to establish the national characteristics, national style and national spirit of human modernization theory and practice in the new era of globalization in line with the right path of human history. The Chinese wisdom, Chinese plan, Chinese logic and Chinese expression of the new modern innovation practice, which are accompanied by the great initiative of Chinese modernization, aim to show that this modernization can not be reduced to a certain model of modernization from the concept, logic, or from the concrete practice path and strategy. As a unique Chinese creation of modernization theory and practice, it is a dual reform of human modernization theory and practice, and a Chinese representation of the latest form of human modernization.
