Abstract:In the era of digital intelligence, the traditional business talents training mode is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the times. The traditional business talents can hardly meet the needs of enterprise management innovation and business restructuring in the era of digital intelligence. Taking the training of business administration professionals as an example, this paper discusses the changes and unchanges of the new business talents training in the era of digital intelligence. The first part of the paper explains that the cornerstone of new business talents training is to embrace the era of digital intelligence, which is mainly the aspect of “changes”; the second part explains that the key to new business talents training is to promote management ascension, which involves both the aspect of “changes” and “unchanges”; the third part elaborates that the goal of cultivating new business talents is to promote social progress, which is mainly the aspect of “unchanges”. Finally, several dimensions of the “changes” and “unchanges” of the new business talent training in the era of digital intelligence are summarized.
