Abstract:Objective To improve the ability and level of primary medical and health services by introducing the Objectives and Key Results（OKR） into the management of medical alliance. Methods The OKR was implemented in a regional medical alliance in Tianjin. Based on the standard implementation process of OKR, the evaluation standard system of primary medical service capacity was constructed, the relevant assessment indicators were formulated, the communication advantages were played, and the supervision and continuous improvement were done. Results The primary medical institutions achieved significant improvement in basic medical care, public health service capacity and patient satisfaction. Conclusion OKR mode can enrich the management means of medical institutions, and provide a tool for improving the fine management level of medical institutions and achieving high-quality development.
