Abstract:University students’ labor education in the new era is the important practical implementation and the support for improving the students’ morality, enlightening the students’ wisdom, improving the students’ aesthetic ability, and guiding the students’ innovation.It has the basic characteristics of connotative richness, content development, path combination, and value transfer etc.However, the university students’ labor education is faced with the practical bottleneck such as the limitation of cognitive orientation, the lack of curriculum system, the lack of professional teachers, the blockage of collaborative mechanism, and the absence of process evaluation etc.Universities should make effective adjustment and reform in the transformation of cognitive orientation of labor education, the strengthening of curriculum system, the development of teachers’ team, the optimization of mechanism, and the improvement of evaluation.
