Abstract:Radiotherapy plays a curative or palliative role in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are one of the most abundant components of tumor microenvironment (TME). Our study aimed to investigate whether CAFs were involved in DNA damage response of NSCLC cells and clarify the involved mechanisms.
