Abstract:How to combine competency evaluation with clinical practice is the key topic of nursing education reform. Since the introduction of entrustable professional activities (EPAs) , it has been gradually applied in many fields of medical education because it can take into account the characteristics of workplace evaluation and competency evaluation. This paper searches domestic and foreign databases, reviews the related literature on EPAs in nursing education since 2005, and summarizes the basic research, construction, evaluation and application of EPAs, so as to provide a reference for relevant research and practice in nursing education in China.
