Abstract:Ankle osteoarthritis is a degenerative change caused by the destruction of articular cartilage, and it is not difficult to obtain a preliminary clinical diagnosis. However, imaging evaluation is always needed to evaluate the alignment of lower limbs, potential deformity and prognosis. Therefore, it is particularly important to select the right imaging examination to determine the range of joint inflammation, the degree of deformity and the stage of the disease. This paper discusses the imaging examination and clinical correlation of ankle osteoarthritis at home and abroad, in order to summarize the latest clinical experience for the diagnosis and evaluation of ankle osteoarthritis.
