Abstract:For the communication by Jiyang Yang, Gang Qiu, Jing Jiang, Yanwei Hu, Shaohua Chen, Shilei Zhang, and Yinan Zhang, in Issue 13, 2017, pp. 2184–2190 (DOI: 10.1002/adsc.201601335), the authors found that the crystal structure shown in Figure 2 on page 2187 is not that of compound 4m, but that of compound 4g derived from tetrahydrofuran hemiacetal 2a. The text on page 2186 needs to be corrected accordingly. The structural information for CCDC 1525470, given in reference 17, has been corrected in the CCDC depot and now corresponds to compound 4g. Other parts of the manuscript are not influenced by this error. The authors apologize for this oversight.

Abstract:On pages S11, S65 and S68 of the Supporting Information of our paper “Organocatalytic Direct Vinylogous Michael Addition of α,β-Unsaturated γ-Butyrolactam to α,β-Unsaturated Aldehydes and an Illustration to Scaffold Diversity Synthesis” (Chem. Eur. J. 2010, 16, 10309–10312), it was found that the 1H NMR data and spectra of compound 9 k and its diastereomer 9 k′ were mismatched. The corrected version of the Supporting Information now has been presented.
