Grid Diagnosis Coupled Comprehensive Evaluation for Distribution Network Investment

Abstract:The rapid expansion of investment scale in distribution network makes the investment elements of power network increasingly complicated, which brings new challenges to the diagnosis of distribution network development level. In this paper, considering the economic benefits, operation safety, social effects and other dimensions, the key index factors affecting decision-making are excavated, and a two-tiered index evaluation system is established based on the project implementation effect. On this basis, the indexes are divided according to the specific characteristics by coupling the power grid diagnosis link, and different categories of indexes are weighted according to the differences with the investment targets, so as to reflect the weak links of the regional power grid, thus providing targeted reference for the distribution network investment.
