Abstract:Desmoid-type fibromatosis is a rare benign tumor with invasive growth, which can occur in all parts of the body, mostly in the abdominal wall, and also in the abdomen and skeletal muscle. This paper reports a case of right ureteral stenosis caused by pelvic desmoid-type fibromatosis. Pelvic tumor resection, ileocecal resection and ureterovesical replantation were performed. The patients were followed up for 18 months without local recurrence and distant metastasis.
