Abstract:Agricultural talents training is the inevitable demand of building new socialist countryside,the training of applied talents with agricultural characteristics should be geared to the needs of local and industry,the specifications of talent training should be with the industry adaptability,training mode of patent skills should be established,analysis of the agricultural applied talents training curriculum system should emphasize technical ability or professional application ability,the curriculum development and fusion penetration are the breakthrough of practice teaching,the education mode of school-enterprise cooperation is the only way which must be passed.
