Abstract:Three kinds of folate-targeted up-conversion nanoparticle imaging agents were prepared. These nanoparticles show good biocompatibility and up-conversion luminescence emission in water, and low cytotoxicity in vivo and in vitro. They were successfully applied to the targeted imaging of HeLa cells.
