Abstract:Green buildings starting to become an unavoidable trend due to the introduction of an assessment standard for green construction in Armenia. In the world green residential buildings grow even faster than green public buildings. The total area of residential buildings is approximately two times higher than in public buildings. In this work is eliminated the main problems of residential building in Armenia, in socio-demographic, functional, psychological, economical and technical aspects.
