Abstract:With the rapid development of renewable energy, China has encountered some issues with the quality and efficiency of energy. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive index system to evaluate the development level of clean energy. Based on the Qinghai green power index system, this paper establishes a quantitative evaluation model that combines subjective and objective weighting to evaluate the development level of green power. Furthermore, the identification method of weak links restricting the development of green power is proposed. The results of the numerical test using actual data consistent with the actual situation, which proves the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
