Abstract:SOCIAL SCIENCES Correction for “Assortative mating without assortative preference,” by Yu Xie, Siwei Cheng, and Xiang Zhou, which appeared in issue 19, May 12, 2015, of Proc Natl Acad Sci USA (112:5974– 5978; first published April 27, 2015; 10.1073/pnas.1504811112). The authors note that they omitted a reference to Kalick and Hamilton. The complete reference appears below. The authors also note that on page 5975, right column, fourth full paragraph, lines 7–8, “we learn from models in biological science (21)” should instead appear as “we learn from models in biological science (21) and social psychology (25).”
