Abstract:Research on the development of lung cancer and its related mechanisms is still a hot topic in basic research. At the same time, these studies are also important for the treatment of lung cancer. The control of lung cancer cell migration and invasion ability is a potential effective target for lung cancer. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is an important factor in the occurrence and metastasis of lung cancer. EMT can enhance tumor metastasis and invasion by altering the biological characteristics of tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment. This article reviews the role of EMT in the development of lung cancer and the related therapeutic drugs that use EMT signal as a target inhibitor to provide new ideas and basic research data for the treatment of lung cancer.
