Abstract:In urban greenway planning, more real data, information and images can be obtained effectively by using RS and GIS technology, so as to select reasonable design content and scope, and meet the needs of scientificity, leisure and entertainment. In this study, Dangjia area of Jinan City was selected as the research area, supported by RS and GIS technology, and with SPOT satellite remote sensing image as the main data source. Through remote sensing interpretation, the green space information database was established, which was used to determine the type and function of urban greenway, select the best connection path and landscape node, and make technical reference for the greenway planning scheme of Dangjia area.
