Abstract:With the development of economy and society, many countries gradually start to explore the developing mode of University education, which is commensurate with its economic development. In recent years, project-based Learning promotion method is strongly popularized to cultivate students' overall qualities and professional qualities in some countries. Project-based Learning is based on the theories of constructivism which is a process in which students are involved in their learning, formulating questions, investigating widely and then building new understanding, meanings and knowledge. On the other hand, computer course is an essential curriculum in computer specialty and other specialties in college. Its teaching outcome is to train students as skilled computer operators and all-round managing talents in their own specialty. According to the practical situation of the college students and computer teaching, this paper combined with the characteristic of computer curriculum probes into how to realize the organic integration of traditional teaching method and modern teachings method, and apply Project-based Learning to teaching in the computer teaching. The application of Project-based Learning create a good learning environment, has stimulated the enthusiasm of the students which have clear understanding of the target contents. It makes them to solve problems in real projects with ease and enables them to their future career.
