Abstract:Technological innovation is a complex system and is constituted by four main building blocks: a hard core of technological and scientific knowledge, a constellation of technical systems, the market environment, the institutional interface. A technological innovation system is not static but evolutionary game system. Cooperation and competition are coexisting during technological innovation evolutionary process. This paper gives insights into the four complexities of technological innovation system, explores evolutionary theory and co-competition process of technology innovation through constructing evolutionary game model, which reveals the stability of technological innovation dynamic evolution. At last, it examines the complexity characters of cooperation and competition about technology innovation evolutionary game and gives some advices on technological innovation.
