Abstract:In 2006, the State Council released "opinions on further improvement in fire control" and required public security personnel and fire troops to actively participate"in offer rescue in leakage accidents of hazardous chemicals. In this paper, the author analyzed the characteristics of dangerous chemicals' leakage based on their physical" conditions, and proposed emergency countermeasures for dealing with the leakage accidents, so as to avoid and reduce injury to persons in the disposal process, and ensure the effectiveness of emergency action.
