Abstract:The market-based evolution of financial structure is widely implemented around the world in the past decades and is proved by scholars to create a better financing environment for technological innovation. Nonetheless, the flourishing of financial technology and the strengthening of financial regulation change the financial industry, which may lead to new images. Based on 2665 A-share listed Chinese firms, this study examines the impact of financial structure on enterprise-level technological innovation and the moderating effect of financial technology and regulation. This study demonstrates that the market-based evolution of financial structure is based on two ways to increase the quantity and improve the quality of technological innovation. One is to increase investment, and the other is to improve the input–output innovation efficiency. Financial technology and regulation individually weaken but collectively strengthen the positive impact of the market-based evolution of financial structure. Banks rapidly implement advanced technology and are more tightly regulated. The collaborative development of technology and regulation promotes the financial market's innovation support functions. Heterogeneities, such as internal governance and external supervision, lead to mixed results. This paper lends support for countries with less developed financial systems to embrace reforms in their financial structure, financial technology, and financial regulation.

Abstract:Substantial innovations have happened in China’s financial sector over the past four decades, ranging from the significant increase of institutions, changes of market structure, and development of products to the improvement of regulatory frameworks. These changes and innovations reflect China’s transition from a centrally planned economy to a modern market economy; persistent demand of various financial services derived from the government, corporations, and individuals in a period of rapid economic growth; and alternatively occurring regulation and deregulation by the authorities. The unprecedentedly advanced progress of technology, especially the emergence of modern information revolutions, makes all these changes and innovations possible. Abstract:Financial technology (fintech) research is a critical, dynamic and rapidly developing field, making it essential to systematically review and prospect the fintech field to advance its development. Using a combination of data-driven techniques from main path analysis and bibliographic coupling analysis, this study maps and analyses the growth laws, main research trajectories, and intellectual communities of the fintech domain in current research. The results show that the fintech field has gone through three phases, namely, ‘emergence’ (1977–2008), ‘fermentation’ (2009–2017), and ‘take off’ (2018–2022). The bibliographic coupling analysis suggests that the whole fintech research domain can be classified into four research streams: online banking and payment technology, lending and capital-raising online platforms, automated and algorithmic trading, and blockchains and cryptocurrencies. After conducting a retrospective analysis of prior studies and scanning over future-oriented challenges and demands, this study speculates and proposes four important topics that require urgent attention, namely efficient applications of blockchain technology in the financial sector, new business patterns of banking and other industries under fintech integration, the impact of fintech on financial inclusion, and the risk control and supervision of fintech.

Abstract:It is of practical significance to introduce the Internet of Things technology into the financial service industry and find the driving factors and mechanisms of financial innovation to accelerate the promotion of financial innovation. This article starts from the perspective of banks and other supply chain financial institutions, takes mainstream trading products in the commodity trading market as the research object, uses the LA-VAR model, and fully considers the market price fluctuations and liquidity factors of supply chain financial inventory products. It analyzes the theoretical basis of the continuous innovation of rural financial products. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics and types of rural financial product innovation, we explore the connotation of sustainable innovation of rural financial products, clarify the evaluation criteria, and lay a theoretical foundation for continuous dynamic evaluation. Based on technical innovation evaluation theoretical models such as Schumpeter’s innovation model, technical specifications-technological track model, and NR relationship model market, we analyze the innovation elements of rural financial products from the external and internal aspects of innovation and discuss the relationship between the factors. The interaction mechanism of rural financial products has established a dynamic mechanism model for the continuous innovation of rural financial products. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was made on the continuous innovation power of financial service industry products in a certain area. Using a combination of remote surveys and on-site visits, a questionnaire survey was conducted on financial service industry institutions in a certain region’s financial system. Each survey object was required to conduct 120 × 1067 index comparisons and use the data after processing the arithmetic average Matlab carries out the objective processing of programming. The results show that the LA-VAR model with liquidity indicators can measure the liquidity risk well and more comprehensively evaluate the risk of the inventory pledge financing model. According to the index weights determined by AHP, the development of the financial service industry will be promoted in a targeted manner from the internal construction of financial institutions and the optimization of the external innovation environment.

Abstract:This study investigates how SMEs' creative activities are impacted by digital financial inclusion. Small and medium-sized businesses face severe funding constraints, and scientific and technical innovation struggles to advance quickly due to information asymmetry, regional development imbalance, and other issues. The dominating element of the current growth of inclusive finance, digital inclusive finance, may address these concerns through theoretical and empirical research. Despite the fact that digital inclusive finance is still in its infancy and that there are issues with the law, risk management, trust, and other areas, accelerating the development of digital inclusive finance, easing the financial restrictions on SMEs, and enhancing the drive for scientific and technological innovation can all help to promote the innovative development of SMEs. Based on the influence of SMEs' technology innovation from the perspective of digital inclusive finance, this paper analyzes the influence of technology innovation by using the multiple linear regression model of time series. Empirical analysis shows that the digitalization of digital inclusive finance has a significant positive impact on small and medium-sized enterprises' scientific and technological innovation, significantly the higher the digital support and coverage breadth index, the more pronounced the incentive of scientific and technological innovation. Considering the impact of regional differences, the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions, including improving laws and supervision, establishing a mature credit investigation system, and strengthening risk management and the digital divide. Through these measures, digital inclusive finance can better support the financing and development of SMEs and promote scientific and technological innovation and the development of the national economy.

Abstract:Corporate innovation has become the main driving force for the long-term development of enterprises, but the characteristics of high risk, long cycle, and high capital demand of corporate innovation activities expose enterprises to high financial rejection. Financial technology, formed by combining digital technology with traditional financial services, is gradually changing the financial service model and providing new ideas for corporate investment and financing. In this study, using the data of non-financial and non-real estate listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen markets, A-shares from 2015 to 2020, we examine the effect of financial technology on corporate innovation through a fixed-effects model and investigate the influence of corporate characteristics on the relationship between financial technology and innovation through a moderating-effects model. The results show that financial technology enhances the ability to serve real enterprises by reshaping financial services, which in turn effectively drives an increase in corporate innovation, and the mechanism is conditionally heterogeneous. In addition, the moderating effect of the firm's nature is found to be more significant in non-state-owned firms, high-technology firms, and firms in the growth and maturity stages by life cycle. The policy implications of this study are to continuously promote theoretical research, to guide the development of fintech, and to improve the construction of financial technology infrastructure. Additionally, to deepen the integration of financial technology with real enterprises and establish differentiated financial technology support tools, so as to improve the precision of promoting enterprise innovation.

Abstract:With the development and application of Internet technology, the world has entered a new era of the Internet economy. Information resources worldwide are no longer limited by time or space, which significantly improves the operational efficiency of production and commerce. As an essential part of the digital economy, digital finance is developing rapidly. Compared with traditional finance, Internet finance and digital finance have the advantages of low informational and transactional costs, and efficient services, which bring more benefits to consumers and investors. In the traditional small and fragmented long-tail market, the availability of finance has been effectively improved through technology-driven development. However, the sound development of the financial digital industry is inseparable from the self-generated sense of innovation and the exploration of green and sustainable development within the industry. This paper shows the evolution of the innovation and development of the financial digital industry driven by information technology in recent years, summarizes and discusses the key technologies emerging in it, and analyzes its limitations and shortcomings. This work will provide some references for the green development of the current industry.

Abstract:This paper empirically studies the relationship among development of financial intermediation,government intervention and technical innovation based on the data of 375 Chinese corporations from 2005 to 2007,and provides micro-level empirical evidence for the financial growth areas.Main findings and conclusions of this paper are as follows that there is a positive correlation between development of financial intermediation and technical innovation,however,government intervention has a significant negative effect on technical innovation,if the corporations are located in areas with higher government intervention,the correlation between development of financial intermediation and technical innovation is weaker,higher government intervention will undermine the local financial intermediation's role in promoting technological innovation.According to the conclusions,the paper proposes corresponding financial development suggestions on how to enhance technical capacity of Chinese corporations.

Abstract:Science and technology innovation is the kernel of developing new quality productivity, and finance has an important role in promoting science and technology innovation. Based on this, this paper studies the path of financial boosting of science and technology innovation, selects the national panel data from 2013 to 2022, adopts the entropy value method to determine the weight of each index and calculate the comprehensive value, and establishes the VAR model of financial input and science and technology innovation development. It is found that 35% of the changes in the development of science and technology innovation can be explained by financial inputs, and further puts forward suggestions to improve the breadth, depth and precision of financial services for science and technology innovation in four aspects: innovating the form of financial inputs, improving the matching precision between financial services and science and technology innovation needs, innovating the financial service system and optimizing the financial ecological environment, so as to provide reference and reference for the formation and development of the development of new-quality productivity.

Abstract:Financial intermediation plays a great important part in science and technology innovation. We construct a financial intermediary model to analysis its effect to science and technology innovation. We get data from science and technology district in Peking, Tianjin, Hebei. And we use panel data unit root test and the panel data co-integration to examine the relationship between innovation and the support in the finance in small business enterprise in three districts. Research result shows finance intermediation has relation with technology innovation in different district. We suggest establishing the financial reform area. Encouraging civil capital getting into finance service realm is necessary. We should open folk's investment outlet and improve small tiny business enterprise.
